I went to a herb shop and bought some in liquid form. After putting some in my coffee daily for 2 weeks, symptoms were gone, never to return...yet. That was several years ago.
Also on Elul 29 has customs for daily shofar blasts for people to repent and avoid complacency. And Psalms 27 is recited daily during Elul and includes a plea for God to protect His people.

@@GlorifyHIM. He literally directed me to be a hairdresser for the last 17 years, even when I tried to quit doing it multiple times. Its part of my ministry, so this is not true but if it's your PERSONAL conviction please follow it. As for me, He is well pleased with my devotion to Him and unphased by my hair color, makeup or style. Man looks at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart.

I previously felt those that received the conviction to do away with makeup etc were those that had an attachment to it. I don’t wear makeup on most days, just for a wedding or big party. I don't tell Him how to speak to me I just go with His flow and allow Him to lead. I have been using the ecclesiastical calendar for the majority of this year but this month He is highlighting the civil calendar firstly and the ecclesiastical secondary. Both calendars have wisdom and revelation to impart and I use both.

The Lord highlighted this to me back in April during the last solar eclipse as being part of His judgement. Someone also mentioned that it (judgement on the nations and/or Israel) may transpire after the Days of Awe, and the Yom Kippur atonement.
