How to know MySQL version? As you mentioned the last version is 8.0, but my system only shows my MariaDB version as 10.2.44-MariaDB, but I can´t see any info about MySQL. I know that based on a WP Theme I must upgrade from 5.5.5 to 5.6. in order for this theme works properly. But now I am confused about to know my exact version, as in terminal it shows MySQL Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.44-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1 As you can see I have the latest version of Maria DB, but no info about the MySQL version, do I have to assume that I have the last version of MySQL on my system, even the warning message of the WP Theme?
I don’t have a blog or page or even a membership with Wordpress. I simply like reading fanfic on some of your pages. I got the pop installation missing MySQL error when I clicked to go back to a fic’s index of chapters. What’s going on?
Thanks for the informative video . . . If i can't access WHM, how can i use cPanel interface to do a MYSQL upgrade?
