What you're saying puts aside the power of celebrity and/or money to escape accountability for crimes committed in too many cases, whether to silence victims through intimidation or money and thus be able to continue to act with impunity. If this guy is guilty and creates from prison, why not, but if his art allows him to escape the consequences of his actions by giving him the means to do so, it's also a good way for others to do the same with no fear.
