Hey, I'm not exactly sure, I know it atleast used to scale with your mag dmg so it helps with the cactus build. A friend or mine recommended doing BoC and spells, I liked both BoC and arcane because it made it easier to engage fights, otherwise u need to cast 5 buffs and 3 of which take hp or you will slowly loose hp. It is definitely better with full spell buffs but just hard to get all for every fight, as well as u can just keep getting kited everytime u buff and eventually die.
