The Roach thing was about how you can whistle for her in the game and she walks up to you within a few seconds, no matter where you left her. The idea is that you can always start riding Roach without having to keep track of her but it's kinda weird if you think about it. You can cross a river or even an ocean without her and then just whistle and she'll be there immediately. What really happens (invisible to the player) is that Roach teleports to some location close to you and then tries to find her way to you. This usually works quite well but occasionally she teleports into a closed fence or even on a roof and can't reach you.
When the 2nd kid asked Geralt if Witchers kill Kings it's actually a nod to the 2nd Witcher game *Assassin's of Kings* where Geralt was accused of the murder of King Foltest as he was present at the very moment the King died.
SPOILER Actually, Geralt is associated with 3 kings' murder. Foltest, as you wrote, this was the only one for which he was arrested, even if this was the only time when he tried to save the king. Henselt, 2nd game, Roche's path, you can let Roche (not Geralt's horse) kill Henselt and they just walk away. Radovid, 3rd game, a side quest where you are in the team to assassinate Radovid, actually Philippa shows up and kills him.
I wonder if anyone's suggested Hannah watch the cutscenes from Devil May Cry? That'll confuse the bloody hell out of her. I'm not sure why I got DMC vibes all of a sudden.
At various points through the games Geralt can sleep with a succubus, pass out drunk and wake up in his underwear, take fisstech etc. so in the “never have I ever” game you are choosing whether to play it straight or lie to Eskel and Lambert.
Triss' voice actor in the first game had a much deeper voice, but by the time I'd played through the second game, her new cheerleader voice had grown on me.
@@Olochgu Well, the beard grows (hair does not) if you visit a barber and get a clean shave. If you pick a "stylized" specific type of beard that will remain as is. Hairstyle stays as is and can be changed the same way, visiting a barber in some village or town.
There is a line for Yen in the game, where she say "I missed those awkward complements of yours" when she meets him after a long time, Geralt is always awkward :)
@@HannaHsOverInvested If you got about 500 hours free, you'd probably enjoy the games too! And your books arrived with me today!!! Not read them yet, but they are very high quality!
"I'll be there for you - u - u , as the world falls down" It's a reference to the movie "Labyrinth" where David Bowie sings that line in the song "As the world falls down"
If Geralt had asked Roach about the manly thing, "I'd have thought you'd sound different, you know, for a young mare" or something tot hat effect, Roach's response is something akin to "Well how many talking horses do YOU know?"
There are moments like this throughout the game that really build the world and it's characters. I'll give you Geralt's description of the narcotic fisstech: Jethro: "What is the most effective way to take fisstech?" Geralt: "Fold back your skin and rub the powder in." Jethro: "haha but where?" Geralt: "where skin can be folded back, Jethro." I was a sweet, innocent girl before I played those games!
@@klarathebat5619 Well to take it the way Geralt describes you have to be a guy. Hope this helps. But I guess as a woman it would work too... If I remember correctly, it is described in the books as being rubbed into mucous membranes, such as the nose (snorting), the gums in the mouth etc.
You can do sidequests with both Yen and Triss, during those quests you get the option to romance them. You only get the Yen and Triss scene in the game if you confess both of them your love.
In the last one, G is helping a woman being tormented by a wraith that is invisible to anyone but her...takes the form of a horse. She brews up a potion so Geralt can see it too so he can take it down. And "Magic Pony Potion" has hallucogenic effects...as you will see.
Eskel's facial scars oddly did not come from a monster or even a war. He took a contract, saved a knight in trouble and, as if they hadn't learned, took the Gift of Surprise. This happened 20 years ago. Of course, just like Ciri, the knight got home and found he had a daughter named Dierdre Ademyn. But unlike Geralt, Eskel took great pains not to get involved with his "surprise child." He avoided her because he didn't want her plagued by being linked to a Witcher. She was also a child born under the Curse of the Black Sun. (Way too many coincidences in Geralt and Eskel's pasts.) This causes her to not only have random spouts of violence, but to also have the innate ability to disrupt and stop magic from being used around her. He got the wound while fighting some kikimores, but her ability to stop magic prevented Eskel from getting the wound healed. It was in a short story called "The Price of Neutrality" in the first book of Witcher stories.
Yes, the first video starts up when you start the game. Triss was supposed to go to Kovir with other sorcerers and sorceresses from Novigrad (the city they're in). It's a really long and complicated story, the new religion that's becoming popular in the city condemns magic users, so the witch hunters are hunting people who use magic and are burning them. So Triss organized a ship to save all the magic users from death, and ship them to Kovir (a northern country on the continent). She was supposed to go as well, but stayed for Geralt. Also you can choose Geralt's haircut in the game. And you can either trim your beard or let it grow, it grows on its own.
Considering how much Triss and Yen hate each other, it was quite a significant moment for the two of them to be able to hash it out. If Geralt hadn't been thinking with Little Geralt (or Big Geralt from what the books imply) then Yen and Triss may still be at each other's throats.
@@HannaHsOverInvested Damn, I said "Little Geralt" instead of "Geralt's Fat Stick." I'm sorry Hannah, I feel like I've let you down. There were a few famously bisexual/homosexual characters in the novels and games, but Triss and Yen are a couple you'd never 'ship. Partly because Yen was all bitter about the times Triss betrayed them all.
They don't hate each other. They are friends the big choosing scandalous thing was just in the games the games that are not canon but a what if fan fiction of fantastic quality whatever tiffs they happen to have and sorcoresses have alot being dramatic selfish diva's who have access to things everyone else does not and they all trick lie and go behind each other's back yen actually was gonna hand Ciri over against Geralts wishes at one poin.....they fuss quite often but they are long time friends in the books and all of them do shady stuff though Triss is actually less prone to nasty selfishness and Yen tends to love taking people's free will wheneverit suits her she has manipulatedand mind controlledand even tried to have Geralt attacked before.
The light from the lighthouse was flickering because they made love and were moving in front of it unintentionally creating the garbled message for the men on the ship. Hilarious!
That is funny but inaccurate, I think, because it looked like the light was changing in all directions. Not just the direction of where the men were. And that would mean that they were wrapping themselves around the flame.... Ouch.
ooh nice! just a few points! • in Witcher 3, Geralt's hair and beard grow as you play, every now and then you can bring him to a barber so he can get a haircut (and pick hairstyles too!) • fistech is like crack in the Witcher world • also the games take place many years after the events in the book/show, where Yen was gone in the first two games and Triss became Geralt's love interest... then in the 3rd game when she comes back you could pick one of them (and get a happy ending), or both (you get the funny ending)
The line about the "the time of the sword and axe" is from Ithlinne's prophecy. It is an old legend in the witcher universe, made by the eponymous elven prophet Ithlinne, that foretells of the end of the world, and how only a select few will survive armageddon by being saved by a child of elder blood.
In the game, you can customise Geralt's magnificent Do and his glorious beard. Which I now note that other people have already pointed out. I'm a great guy to have around after a questions already been answered.
At 17:37 what you were saying about time, is extremely accurate. You spend so much time understanding and trying to help these characters reach their goals. You love them and wants what’s best for them because you’ve built this connection over such a long time. It’s amazing!
In the game you can choose to say I love you to Triss or Yennifer and the storyline plays out with that person as a love interest,.. if you say it to both they leave you chained to the bed.. In the DLC the romance carries over, and one of them visits your new home.. if you did both,. You get Jaskier (Buttercup in polish aka Dandelion) The mission with triss is called "Now or Never" ruclips.net/video/eikxg9IaTm4/видео.html And Roach is a pain in the game.. and they did it on purpose ruclips.net/video/KoL1NRh8JOI/видео.html
A summary of the videos: 1. Intro Cinematic: a comic, which you get when you open the game, you are not in the world only in the first menu where you can start an actual save 2. Geralt explaining to children: just a part of a quest, if I remember correctly, Geralt is looking for the woman. Geralt's hair is short because you can go to a barber and get a new haircut, and the creator of the video chose a short style. 3. Witchers get drunk: The first reunification of the witchers at Kaer Morhen (the witchers' castle). Fisstech is a drug in the world of The Witcher, it is like cocaine. 4. Triss romance: The first romance option with Triss. Before the scene, Triss helped a lot of sorcerers to escape because they are hunted and Triss is supposed to go with them, she even goes away for quite a long time if you don't romance her. Geralt's hair is short for the same reason as in the 2nd. (Actually, the caption is Hungarian, my nationality) 5. "Threesome": you only get this scene if you romance both sorceresses, this is a punishment you get from them. With this scene you all chance of romancing any of them. 6. Geralt and Roach: a secret side quest where you drink a potion and Geralt can talk to animals. Roach is neither a girl nor a boy, Geralt names all his horses Roach.
Philippa Eilheart was the sorceress who was the advisor to the King of Vizema who got assassinated in the 2nd Witcher game. His son Radovid blamed Eilheart and at the end of the game had her eyes burned out with hot coins. Radovid hated her and in Witcher 3 tries to purge all the sorceresses, mages, fortune tellers, even herbalists...anyone who has the slightest involvement with Magic. That's why Triss is trying to get the mages out of Novograd, before Radovid has them all burned alive.
No she was advisor to King Vizimir not to be confused with the city of Vizima which is the capital of temeria, of which foltest was king and was assassinated in game 2. Vizimir was assassinated long before the games (happens during the second novel/4th book)
@@namekman01 well, it is a white powder (in the games, haven't read the books) and oddly act as a stimulant (cocaine/amphetamine) and a narcotic/anaesthetic (opium)
Yennefer and Geralt both live extraordinarily long lives, a consequence of their lifestyles, Geralt ages slower and Yen stays the same age. Their romance takes place over decades, they break-it-off a lot and go years at a time without even being in each others lives at all.
Just got your first book on audible, been going through withdrawals since I'm having to wait for the next Dresden, Prendergast, Nora Kelly, and Iron Druid stories.
So some various context: The first video (comic style) plays before starting Witcher 3. Kind of a thematic set up for the world of the game. The Triss/Geralt on the dock scene is a key moment in whether you choose to have Geralt romance Triss or not in the game. It follows a mission where Geralt has just helped Triss evacuate the mages from the city (the city has been executing mages and other non-humans and that had escalated due to other events in the game necessitating them to evacuate). So in that scene Geralt can either let Triss go with the mages or ask her to stay with him. The scene with Triss an Yen is what happens towards the end of the game if you don't choose and keep trying to romance both of them. Also Geralt x Triss to my knowledge is mostly a game thing. There were some bits between them (including some that are somewhat scummy on Triss' part though to what degree can vary based on reader interpretation) but no serious relationship. In the games though the general plot of the Witcher trilogy is that Geralt who was believed to be dead suddenly shows up without his memory and ends up back at Kaer Mohren with the other witchers and Triss. Triss takes advantage of Geralt's amnesia leading into a romance with him (at this time Yennefer was believed dead). Towards the end of Witcher 2 Geralt fully regains his memories and Witcher 3 has him reunite with Yennefer at which point the player can choose whether he ends up with Yennefer, Triss, or neither (personally I prefer the neither ending).
The arc for Triss in the Witcher 3 is that she's leading an underground railroad to smuggle mages out of the city because religious zealots are engaging in a pogrom and burning them at the stake. Also, during the promotion of the Witcher 2, Triss appeared in the Polish edition of Playboy. For those who played all three games, Triss is a bit controversial as she manipulated Geralt in the first game to get romantically involved with him by exploiting his amnesia. Edit: Where she was going was on the ship taking the mages out, I think to Kovir. If you romance her, she takes you there with her in the epilogue as she serves as the magic advisor to the ruler. Like her role in the series to Foltest.
@@HannaHsOverInvested just to give you some context for the comic book cinematic, the narrator is a 'cleric' in the newly founded religion 'The Eternal Fire' which is referenced in one of the lines the narrator reads, the hierarch of this cult like religion is Cyrus Engelkind Hemmelfart, he is important because he is the person that the 3 witchers 'communicate' with during the drunk witcher event, when they use the megascope he is in the toilet hence why the person responding to his cry was asking if he needed 'more paper your excellency', anyway back on topic, the cleric narrator is speaking from the point of view of a religious zealot in that all magic is viewed as heretical and anybody who practices such arts should be cast out from society and/or burned at the stake for their heresy, and sets the tone of the story that the witcher 3 is going to be involved with, the events around triss are that she is leading an escape effort for all the mages and apothecaries of novigrad (the de facto capital city for the new religion) which is why she is fleeing for her life.
Geralt and Triss is basicly all set up in the games. Starting in witcher 1, the devs wanted a romance with a sorceress who they for some reason decided to be triss. They also decided Geralt to have amnesia to better introduce people who had not read the books in to the witcher world. This resulted in the Geralt x Triss romance that has created a lot of bad blood from gamers towards Triss who claimed she took advantage of him because of his amnesia and all of that. In Witcher 2 Triss was the main love interest and I personally warmed up a lot to her in that game. In Witcher 3 you have a choice to make Geralt either persue Yen or Triss or both (which has the result you just saw). This is, to date, the hottest topic in the Witcher fandom with loong essays being written in favor of either of the ladies. People who got introduced to the books first prefer Yen while people who got introduced to the games first prefer Triss in general. xLetalis has an excellent video on the matter.
Well... Its in books as well. I wonder if you have read them all. Its problematic- Yen loved Grealt bcs of magic spell... Meanwhile Triss just rly loved him. Generally few times, after Yen broken up with him (again) (and again) he spent time with Triss.
I cant even begin to articulate how wrong that is. Geralt and Yen are not in love due to a wish. The wish is the reason why no matter how many lovers quarrels they had they always end up crossing paths again. Their fates were bound together. Its also why Yen miraculously ends up as adoptive mother to Ciri while Geralt is adoptive father. Triss is a minor character in the books. Her place in the games is there only due to CDPRs fanboyism. Geralt and Yen are the central couple in the Witcher saga. Theres no debating this.
@@bearwhiteraven4820 oh ok, bcs Triss didnt literally said that when Geralt wasnt with Yennefer he used to spend time with her... Sure, she didnt. And she didnt love him as well, its not like she cried when Vilgefortz have beaten him to crap. Oh, thats because... He was like a brother to her, right? Just quit that bullshit, its clear that she loved him. AND i have never said that he loved her.
There are comics! You've got the 'Killing Monsters' comic that tells the complete tale of the killing monster trailer you've already seen. Then 'House of Glass' and 'Fox Children' which are separate stories and can be read without much previous knowledge. And lastly 'Curse of Crows' and 'Of Flesh and Fame'. Both happen after the events of witcher 3.
Games like this take their time... Sometimes when you watch a movie or tv show you spend with the character 2 hours or few seasons. In case of some games youre with those characters even for 200 hours (it took me 250 hours to go through Witcher 3 for example)
When people say It took them over 100 hours to beat w3. I wonder what the heck they were doing... either you guys have really, really Bad quest management or you just walked everywhere.

If you want more in game cinematics with a lot of characters, you can see the battle of KaerMorhen ( with playing between cinematics : ruclips.net/video/JYukHhy9zFY/видео.html or cinematics only : ruclips.net/video/zHKbzyY_U3A/видео.html ). It explains why some readers of the book and players of the game are disapointed of what they do with Triss in the show. In the books and in the game, the magic of Triss is based on fire, and not roots/earth. And what you see Yen do in the last episode of the show (season 1), in the books it's done by Triss (more or less, as the battle is really not the same in the books... but that's another point).
The comic intro is what first plays in witcher 3 when the game loads. It is giving back story to the people who did not play witcher 1 or 2. As for hair in the game you can go to barbers and pick from a few hair styles.

Thank you! There are SOOOOO many great cutscenes in the Witcher games for you. I just hope you will find the time to watch some more. Happy Valentine's Day!
Glad you're getting introduced to other characters from the lore such as Lambert, Eskel and Djikstra, way gladder when you said you're fond of Djikstra trolling Geralt at the docks. He was written and designed to look like a big oaf so people wouldn't assume he's actually the spymaster to the king. I always like the interactions with him because his sarcasm is always on point. On another interesting note, there's a quest in the Witcher 3 where Geralt helps Lambert look for the man who killed his friend. Not spoiling details but at the end of it, Geralt has to make a judgement call: is Lambert's hotheadedness getting the better of him or is it time for some good ol' street justice? Not the biggest fan of the netflix's version of things, but looking forward to them adding Lambert, Eskel and Vesimir into the live-action mix.
Happy Valentine's day. Now how about some more Warhammer Fantasy stuff? There are plenty of trailers, cutscenes and cinematics before the Total War Warhammer III trailer you saw
The light is changing because Triss and Geralt are up there "getting busy" and when they get in front of the light...it flickers. Hey, you were weirded out by the Unicorn, Witchers and Sorceresses always result in....funny coincidences.
To answer some of your questions. Yes there are some comics but I think they're just adaptations of the short stories from The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny. And yes in the books Triss does develop a crush on Geralt and on a few occasions tries to come between him and Yen. The games start about five years after the books end and Geralt has amnesia which Triss uses to her advantage to start a relationship with him.
Hey its another witcher content from u, haha.. I love that u reacted to the drinking scene, it was my favourite scene too, its sort of a reset after a long hack and slashing monsters in velen, novigrad and the skellige isle, its good to finally be back home, drinking with friends and just, go wild u know, its so refreshing, and lambert, hahaha, the guy's a prick, but damn, he's loyal to geralt and geralt to him, he's kinda like a silly, little bit of an a**hole little brother that u love
What's interesting about these kinds of games compared to books or tv shows, you have story and action that really is seamless and you get the whole picture from beginning to the end, which is why you can spend a lot more time in games than any other medium. For example, to finish the Witcher 3 I had to spend more than 200 hours (including additional stories that were released after launch), because there is not just the main plot, but also other tales and stories that make it as if you're reading an anthology book like The Last Wish or watching a TV series that has many individual story episodes, yet keeps a central story thread throughout the show.
Hi, I enjoy you enjoying the Witcher! Thanks for doing those videos. I apologize if someone told you that already, but you asked if this is in the books as well. The game happens after everything in the books so in a way it spoils some things in the books.
You are right to say that the in-game cutscene is a bit slower than film, quite comparable to books I would say, RPGs have 3000 pages of writing easily and less editing when showing you something in real time. The time you spent with characters improves the experience quite a bit. And to answer the hair question: TW3 also has a barbershop, there is several hair and beardstyles too do light customization.
Just discovered your channel. Binged a ton of videos, have subscribed. Please keep doing what you're doing, it's refreshing and tons of fun to watch. And, if you get a chance to watch the cinematic trailers for the Assassin's Creed games, that would be a long, but fun video.
Triss and Geralt is a thing in the books but it's not really consensual since Geralt was under the effect of a love spell. He ended the relationship as soon as the spell faded and they remained friends. Yennefer wasn't too pleased about that.
Please watch all the mass effect trilogy trailers. It’s full of story and there are some character specific trailers that help explain some of what the story is about and some character motivations
That scene with the witchers drinking is like a calm before the Storm, it's right before finding Ciri and the start of the Third act. You can also end it and go to bed at any point so it's up to the player if he want's to move on quickly.
I can understand your not wanting to get into gaming because it's not your thing but I get that you kind of envy spending this much time with the characters. It's an absolute blast, especially making your way through novels and games in order (I haven't as I played Witcher 1, then the first 3 books, then Witcher 1 again, 2 and 3, but you know). I'd recommend you watch something about the Blood and Wine expansion, especially scenes with Regis (my absolute favourite character, I love his voice and his dignity). Oh, also, please, watch the the theatre play mission from Witcher 3. It's fantastic and chock full of nods to scenes that did make it into the series.
The Yen/Triss scene only happens if Geralt (that's the PLAYER) decides to romance BOTH of them instead of only choosing one, before this happens. (Of course he can bounce any other women and it doesn't affect the ending romance or who he ends up with at the end of the last DLC)
About Triss' romance. You can actually choose to end up with either triss or Yen. I'm team Yen all the way. But some people love triss, and choose her path... So in one ending, they do end up together.
Hair short....during the game in major towns they have barbers that can give Geralt different haircuts and beard trims. He can have short hair or long, cleanshaven or bearded. BUT...the hair always grows back in the game, both on head and beard.
17:31 "How much more time you get to spend with characters" yep!! I believe you get so much more attached to these characters playing the game then than the show.
To your first question. There is a bestselling "The Witcher Book Series". The Games are kind of a fanfiction to the books, and takes place after the events portrayed in the books. The books are absolutely magnificent, and so are the games, especially the witcher 3.
After watching the video comment: The games come after the books and are not canon per se, more like a fan fic like a "what if the story didn't end back on the island". Geralt lost his memory, and the first two games are about getting it back. On this time lapse Yennefer doesn't show up till the third game and Ciri is missing. That's why between Geralt and Triss there is a lot of chemistry, she was there from the beginning. Personal recommendation: Read the main seven books from Andrzej Sapkowski, later Investigate more about the games and end with Thronebreaker and the dark horse comics. That way the experience will be richer.
Triss and Geralt had just saved a bunch of magic users from old fashioned witch trials, and Triss was leaving to a safe country with the others before she decided to stay behind
I always listen to the intro when I start the game. (It's a intro that plays when u start the game, and u can skip it... (If ur a bad person 🤣)) And the guy in the intro who is talking is a member of a cult, that hates monsters and anything magical. (Burning witches and elves in Novigrad) And u see that Cinematic anytime u start the game.
A really good system I’ve started with my friend (who is also gaming adverse) was that I would take care of the gameplay while she chose everything I said. It was a blast and works really well for Witcher 3 (our first game), also great for heavy rain, and Detroit: Become human. Have you ever considered something like that? You could play without having to worry about the learning controls and all the other complicated stuff since the other person can take care of that for you! It’d be awesome seeing your choices!

But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have some lore in it there’s a bunch of comics and all of that stuff to put the strings together so for a quick rundown on the lore which there is a lore it goes way before the in game events actually start 3 brothers are born to a rich guy. Blue Man, Red Man, Gray man gray man was kinda disowned and gray man was stolen by a stork because obviously it was the stork baby era duh but gray man would be seen again Blue Man and Red Man always hated each other growing up and and when there dad was about to die he split everything evenly with the 2 brothers but both of them wanted one thing land and that’s the land you see well in expectation date and you see in the game so they hired a group of mercenaries to fight over it but it’s not the ones you know and whole different bunch of mercies call team fortress classic by the fans you see in real life tf2 was originally a mod for another game which the creator of that mod made tf2. Any ways the first bunch of mercenaries didn’t work out and now the 2 brothers old and tired from the years of fighting are still not giving up one of the brothers I forgot which one decided to build a machine to live for ever so he can out last his brother but then the other brother did the same thing knowing one can’t outlast the other they decided to hire a group of mercenaries again which are the ones we actually see in game so in the game when your fighting over the point or pushing a bomb to the other teams base, or like in meat the spy and Expiration date trying to steal a briefcase an all of that for red man and blue man and there’s so much more I’m pretty sure I’ll die from typing all the lore is interesting and fun and funny it’s such a grate game which has a lot of humor it’s old game made before I was even born and through community support and the amazing fan base it hasn’t died there are some hackers and bots which hacks in the game but valve the company that made the game updated it heavily so there’s less hackers/bots you can still find some on the regular but not as much as before also R.I.P Rick May he was the voice of Soldier and he died last March due to COVID and they put up Statues in the game in memory of him and for a whole month all you can see on the loading screen is Soldier saluting to you and you best bet I saluted back.

When the 2nd kid asked Geralt if Witchers kill Kings it's actually a nod to the 2nd Witcher game *Assassin's of Kings* where Geralt was accused of the murder of King Foltest as he was present at the very moment the King died.
Well, both that and the fact that the actual killer *was* a witcher too - just not the Geralt :)
SPOILER
Actually, Geralt is associated with 3 kings' murder.

Roach is a girl, if you pick that "why do you sound so manly?" Roach will mock you saying that you are not an expert in how horses sounds.
I love that when you try to romance both Triss and Jen, they team up and prank you lol.
Don't be a cheater
So funny!
I still vote they go off together and Marshmallow pick me.

Damn, I said "Little Geralt" instead of "Geralt's Fat Stick." I'm sorry Hannah, I feel like I've let you down.

• in Witcher 3, Geralt's hair and beard grow as you play, every now and then you can bring him to a barber so he can get a haircut (and pick hairstyles too!)
• fistech is like crack in the Witcher world
• also the games take place many years after the events in the book/show, where Yen was gone in the first two games and Triss became Geralt's love interest... then in the 3rd game when she comes back you could pick one of them (and get a happy ending), or both (you get the funny ending)

The line about the "the time of the sword and axe" is from Ithlinne's prophecy. It is an old legend in the witcher universe, made by the eponymous elven prophet Ithlinne, that foretells of the end of the world, and how only a select few will survive armageddon by being saved by a child of elder blood.
That Roach scene was the devs making fun of the bugs in Witcher 3.

In the game you can choose to say I love you to Triss or Yennifer and the storyline plays out with that person as a love interest,.. if you say it to both they leave you chained to the bed.. A summary of the videos:
1. Intro Cinematic: a comic, which you get when you open the game, you are not in the world only in the first menu where you can start an actual save
(Actually, the caption is Hungarian, my nationality)

So some various context:
The first video (comic style) plays before starting Witcher 3.
You need to watch the entire Roach mission it's pure gold
Geralt become political witcher if we choose triss.geralt with yennefer normal witcher bcz she droped politics
Yeah, the comic is the first thing that plays when you start a New Game, a prelude to the opening cinematic of Geralt and Vesemir pursuing Yennefer.

That scene is really fun.
Son of a gun! I somehow missed the talking Roach quest. Ill have to reinstall sometime.
Yennefer wasn't too pleased about that.
interesting.
15:26, fisstech is like the cocaine of the Witcher world
Please watch all the mass effect trilogy trailers. It’s full of story and there are some character specific trailers that help explain some of what the story is about and some character motivations
The books are the origin of the series, so it would be best reading them first, before playing/watching anything else
That scene with the witchers drinking is like a calm before the Storm, it's right before finding Ciri and the start of the Third act. You can also end it and go to bed at any point so it's up to the player if he want's to move on quickly.
Cool. I liked it. So funny.
(Of course he can bounce any other women and it doesn't affect the ending romance or who he ends up with at the end of the last DLC)
this was fun. thanks.

About Triss' romance. You can actually choose to end up with either triss or Yen. I'm team Yen all the way. But some people love triss, and choose her path... So in one ending, they do end up together.

Drunk Geralt is hilarious he is so out of character to how he normally is
Hair short....during the game in major towns they have barbers that can give Geralt different haircuts and beard trims.
The beauty of TW3 is the non-action gameplay is just as engaging the action & combat gameplay. It's part of why, to many, it's the GOAT.
I am quite fond of it.... As an outsider of course.
After watching the video comment:
The games come after the books and are not canon per se, more like a fan fic like a "what if the story didn't end back on the island".
Thanks for the info!
I always listen to the intro when I start the game. (It's a intro that plays when u start the game, and u can skip it... (If ur a bad person 🤣)) And the guy in the intro who is talking is a member of a cult, that hates monsters and anything magical. (Burning witches and elves in Novigrad)
And u see that Cinematic anytime u start the game.
I would totally do that.
Sony a7c can record for longer than 30 minutes, it doesn’t overheat either. Battery is amazing, video quality too.. however; it’s expensive...
Loved the video! :)
Thank you! I think that one has a flip up screen tho, not sideways. How would I put a mic on it and see the screen? That was the problem with that camera as a solo creator. But if I'm mistaken PLEASE let me know.
The main story in the witcher 3 is about 50ish hours long, so they can afford to have long scenes
In my 500+ hours of playing this game I never romanced Triss 😎
Same, I CAN'T do it. That is like having the bad end for me, imagine making the caracteres you love getting into the bad end... Impossible ! That is the same for not romancing yen.
In all my playthrough’s I never romanced Yen - was loyal to my girl Triss since the first game
@@krish.9452 How dare you !
@@skave7228 I know I know, I’m an outcast but Yen’s personality just doesn’t jive with me - I know she isn’t a bad person but seriously wouldn’t want her to be my significant other!
I'm about to in my 4th playthrough, I think she does deserve to be with Geralt to some degree but definitely Yen is the soulmate
The most epic scene in Witcher 3
I just saw the tf2 vids and let’s talk about stuff tf2 is a online team shoot em up game you play on red team or blue team and you can pick from one of the 8 classes in the game that you know from the meet the series.
"Kinda longer" ITS 42 MINUTES, IM SO EXCITED
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I know so long.
Ferngully!
For real.
