Focusing your addiction personality on a healthy activity is key. My friends that have been the most successful have focused their addiction on riding their bikes or working out in the gym. I'm so proud of these guys.
You're definitely helping more than you know. I'm fresh into turning 60 and weary in this world. You've helped my mental well being, just exuding whole hearted kindness on such a truly large scale. I am grateful for finding your videos. I know trusting is hard, but you have to keep trying to follow your gut. I've had such a loss of trust but I keep trying. Don't listen to the hate and suspension. Keep it going sir. And thank you both for sharing your stories. Life is a ride, you just have to keep buying that ticket. You're helping all of us that you inspire. I found Chuck, then Ryan and then Troy. The most dangerous time for an addict if after being clean and then using. The addict uses what they were used to using before they got clean. Many die from this overdose.
