@@helena82 Vero, molte persone che conosco non lo sanno apprezzare perchè la musica che fa non incontra i loro gusti. Mi sono perso il rinascimento con quei genii artistici : Leonardo, Michelangelo, etc. Ho vissuto gli anni 60 e 70 con le straordinarie rock bands e la loro fantastica musica. Ma questo, a mio avviso, è paragonabile a Monet che ha iniziato l'impressionismo. Forse un giorno i critici daranno un nome anche all'arte di Dimash!
Il compositore è lo stesso Dimash visto che ha studiato composizione e direzione d'orchestra sa suonare benissimo una ventina di strumenti nella musica è un genio.

Dimash è il Leonardo musicale dei nostri tempi. Vocalist, compositore, showman, animale da palcoscenico. Uomo dal cuore buono e generoso. Siamo davvero fortunati in questa epoca travagliata, a poter alleggerire i nostri cuori grazie a lui. Ogni volta che lo guardo e riguardo e riascolto in una sua esibizione, penso che quella sia la migliore. Ma alla fine ogni sua opera è la migliore. Hola Giacomo. Que agradable es ver y oír sus reacciones. Y si, sin duda Dimash en esta presentación, y para mí, siempre que canta Olímpico, me parece sencillamente impresionante, tanto que le cuesta a uno creer que este bello joven sea el que esté cantando. Es un viaje musical por todas las notas, los registros y las dinámicas musicales, que te dejan estupefacto y con ganas de más, de más de esa calidad musical, vocal y visual única, como la que nos regala Dimash. Sin duda un privilegio poder vivir en esta época de nuestro príncipe kasajo, para ver, escuchar y disfrutar tanto talento, y sin duda ha de ser más apoteòsico aún, poderlo hacer ahí en vivo, estando en uno de sus conciertos. Mi sono perso il rinascimento con quei genii artistici : Leonardo, Michelangelo, etc. Ho vissuto gli anni 60 e 70 con le straordinarie rock bands e la loro fantastica musica. Ma questo, a mio avviso, è paragonabile a Monet che ha iniziato
l'impressionismo. Forse un giorno i critici daranno un nome anche all'arte di Dimash!
Il compositore è lo stesso Dimash visto che ha studiato composizione e direzione d'orchestra sa suonare benissimo una ventina di strumenti nella musica è un genio.

I'm pleased you made that comment about his physical 'Drama' and charisma. His Operatic and Musical Theatre training come into full show here, where he can project not only vocal volume, but character also out to the far reaches of a large theatre. BUT to do so in such a massive arena?! Holding the attention of tens of thousands!?! Just with his eyes! This is the true professionalism. Dimash is acutely aware of how his image is being projected on the big screens for the audience way out in the distance to still see him. He keeps all his movements very economical, minimalistic and precise. He makes dramatic and emphatic broad sweep arm and head movements - and that is all, whilst constantly being aware of also engaging at key moments - and tracking with - with the eye of the camera. This is not only for the Live performance, but for the Recording as well {So many performance elements to be continuously mindful of!}
Yes - 'Verticalizes" the sound - just before going to Counter Tenor / Sopranist. {Gets his vocal chords ready for that jump} Dimash always transmits an incredible energy and intensity LIVE. As you say - Just imagine the tension and emotion, and also the pressure of performing this first composition that Igor wrote especially for him, and for this prestigious event. An event that provides a unique opportunity to introduce him to so many more millions of a broad International audience.
Even MORE incredible when you notice that he keeps touching his ear monitors. He's - repeatedly - trying to signal the Sound Engineers that he's getting NOTHING through them, I gather for most, if not all, of this performance. You can see in his face the volume of tension he's starting to release -after he finishes his last note and steps forward. BRAVO Dimash!
Many creditable vocal coaches agree, he has changed the vocal landscape. There is now 'The time before Dimash' & "The time after'. We are now all inspired to do more and to do better. But Dimash has a different message than simply this.

In December 2019, the song “Olimpico” performed by Dimash Qudaibergen became the Song of the Year 2019 in Russia. At the awards ceremony of the 'Victoria'Russian Music Awards in 2019, Dec. in the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, Igor Krutoy was awarded Composer of the Year, Dimash the Best Vocalist in Classical Music and he also received the Special Prize for Discovery of the Year.

Dimash è il Leonardo musicale dei nostri tempi. Vocalist, compositore, showman, animale da palcoscenico. Uomo dal cuore buono e generoso. Siamo davvero fortunati in questa epoca travagliata, a poter alleggerire i nostri cuori grazie a lui. Ogni volta che lo guardo e riguardo e riascolto in una sua esibizione, penso che quella sia la migliore. Ma alla fine ogni sua opera è la migliore. Ti ringrazio per tutte le "chicche" da nerd musicista che ci dai, è una opportunità per capirlo ancora meglio. Hai fatto caso alla batteria in questa canzone? Dà un senso di potenza pauroso 😊

Hola Giacomo. Que agradable es ver y oír sus reacciones. Y si, sin duda Dimash en esta presentación, y para mí, siempre que canta Olímpico, me parece sencillamente impresionante, tanto que le cuesta a uno creer que este bello joven sea el que esté cantando. Es un viaje musical por todas las notas, los registros y las dinámicas musicales, que te dejan estupefacto y con ganas de más, de más de esa calidad musical, vocal y visual única, como la que nos regala Dimash. Sin duda un privilegio poder vivir en esta época de nuestro príncipe kasajo, para ver, escuchar y disfrutar tanto talento, y sin duda ha de ser más apoteòsico aún, poderlo hacer ahí en vivo, estando en uno de sus conciertos.
