I have been waiting for this movie to appear. I will watch it soon. If its incomplete that's a pity the end was an important part of the film. The truth of the opening church scene is so telling of war, especially in the case of the that war. It wasn't about slavery,it as usual was about money. Brother fighting Brother for the bankers

The movie is " Friendly Persuasion " . Gary Cooper . The only thing is it's short 10 or 12 minutes for whatever reason. But when old movies are involved that's actually not a nice practice .

The book was Friendly Persuasion- by a Quaker woman in California- this is only part of the book.- I thought the behavior of the women was very will done and like Penn. German heritage women and the issues with Quaker and Plain People issues. This issue was very real.
They probably don’t have the right to broadcast the movie. Changing the movie and not using the title makes it less likely to be discovered by the copyright holder.
