I watch the Celtics religiously. Its amazing how high D Whites IQ is. Not only making all the plays defensively that stars just aren't willing or engaged enough to make but also being a calm in the storm offensively. His increased role and the teams dependence on him has been met with exceeding any and all expectations. He's the type of player Boston fans love and respect.
DWhite is just such a steady presence on this team. Give him the touches of a 2nd option and he would put up allstar numbers, but as a role player he is absolutely elite, knows his role to a tee, doesn't demand a ton of touches, plays stellar defense, selfless, high IQ player
