- We built in the Montech King 95 and found some features that we really enjoyed. The design itself isn't incredibly "unique" per say, but as we dug deeper we discovered some unique traits that make this case a true contender. Let's talk about it and check out this latest case from Montech!

I have this case with a tower cooler on 7800X3D+RX 6800 and boy is it amazing! Temps average 66c for CPU and the GPU is about 45c under gaming load. Light use at about 42c CPU and 34c GPU in full glass mode - I love it! For a first builder, it was so spacious and easy to build in - highly recommended!
I was wondering what difference that would be with a tower cooler. So tough to choose which case if you want to show off a beautiful tower cooler and this one would do it.
@@RLRPhotography I have a cheap little Thermalright Assasin 120 SE and its kicking butt so far!
@@RLRPhotography Tower cooler seems ok. I don't stress test but I got the pro white edition with a new 5800X (no overclocks or anything) and the Thermalright Assassin (non-SE) White, actually bought 2 extra of the Montech case fans to replace the Thermalright ones for matching rgb, and it seems to hover in the 60s when gaming in full glass case mode. Sometimes when it is super stressed it can get to around 77 (like Steam installs for some reason, whats up with your installs pegging max CPU load, Steam?) but I haven't seen higher than that. I did put one of the Thermalright fans in the top along with a Noctua for some extra exhaust, though. Took a lot of tweaking to get thermals and sound set but its all good.

A couple of build tips: That hinged rear cover can be easily removed during the build by just grabbing it at the upper right corner and yanking to the right, pulling the upper hinge out. You can easily replace it when you're done (reverse the procedure to snap it back in). But I couldn't think of a reason to replace it.
I bought the non-pro version to use my own fans. To provide a nice space for my own , I removed the upper hard drive cage and mounted my psu in the upper space. That left a large, flat rear panel to adhere my fan and aRGB splitters.
Also, with the non-pro version you're provided an adapter cable that breaks out the front panel leads. It also separates the leads from that small button so that you can plug it onto the motherboard Reset pins and make that small button a Reset button.
the swivel fans and mesh add on are pretty nice! I don't really notice the rounded glass enough to be wowed by it tho
seeing the Avatar case beside it was like, wow. that thing is massive and must be pretty heavy
The build you made for this case was pretty nice, it all works nice together with the case👍
I ordered this case this past weekend for my first build, I’m excited to get started!
Just received my King 95 pro today, and now i can't wait to get home from work to swap parts from the old case into the new case, also new processor and and larger cooler.

Beautiful case, I think it's main selling points is all the fans and fan controller with the glass panel setup. Because you don't need to buy anything extra for solid thermal performance
I love the look of this case and they way you can change the direction of those front fans is cool. I think also having the buttons and n the side instead of the bottom is a better option.

I have this and I absolutely love it. It was my first build and it was crazy easy to build even for a first timer

This case lowered my I7-12700 temps by about 20 degrees. In my old case my cpu would sit between 85-90 F down to 69-75. This case is fantastic and looks amazing. I love mine.
I installed 2)140mm Montech fans in the bottom and used one of the 120mm fans located with the screws as to no threaded holes to mount. Also 2) 140mm fans in the top. Temps are mid to upper 30c, i5 12400 and rtx 3060, 3) 2tb nvme and 1) 4tb HHD 3) 4tb SSD . This case is so much better that my old Thermal Take H200, very happy. 😄😄😄
Can you vertically mount larger GPUs in this? Will it have enough space for the bottom fans?

I already have this case and, I can honestly say, the temps on GPU and CPU are no different to my old Corsair Case! The case looks amazingly cool and extremely well engineered.

Really liking the look of the case, was just wondering if it would be viable to add a Ryzen 7800X 3D with a decent twin tower cooler and add 2-3 exaust fans to the top? Or do you think with a fish tank style case an AIO is a must to keep temperatures under control? 🤔
I have built one of these (Red 🎉) and the answer is yes, definitely. Fitting a a three-fan radiator on the ceiling would be fine and there’s room for the twin-tower.
For the NON pro version without rgb hub. If my motherboard only has 3 5V ARGB headers (3A max), will i be able to connect 10 argb fans (9 case fans and 1 cpu cooler fans) AND the front panel light strip? Thermalright argb fans btw.
Not sure of your question. How many fans you can connect to the motherboard depends on the motherboard and how you daisy chain the fans. Or you can get an accessory fan splitter to plug them into. If you get an accessory splitter, I would recommend removing that upper hard drive cage and mounting the psu in the upper position. That will leave a large, flat rear plate large enough for you to adhere both a fan splitter and an aRGB light splitter.

I'm getting the white version of this pc case and building with the Ryzen 7 7700x and RX7800xt, with an all white theme. Costing about £1600, and gonna have 9 fans in it, with the hub in the back, be able to take all 9 fans that I put in the case?
I just built my first ever PC a few days ago and went with this case.
I decided on the 7900xtx and 7800x3d (yes, fairly overkill especially for a new PC guy, buy I don't want to think about upgrading for a long time).
I ended up with 9 fans total including the 3 fan AIO mounted to the top, so 9 fans should fit just fine. Very pretty clean looking case that fit everything I wanted with some room to spare, while also not being overly bulky.
Nice case indeed. I am looking into building a new one and really love the Lian Li cases, so this could be a nice option.

DAM WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BEAST OF A CASE!
well what about the gpu sag ? can you put something there to prevent it ? ( since there are fans at the bottom , so some holders might have issue with that , if its pillar holder / or maybe vertical GPU bracket ? )
My Gigabyte RTX 4080 came with a snazzy anti-sag support bracket that consists of an L-shaped bracket that screws into standoffs that replace two of the mobo's mounting screws in the lower-front corner and extends forward toward the case front and a piece that screws to the end of the cooler with a tab that sticks up for the screw which attaches to the bracket to suspend the card.
Because it's hidden behind the card I got a lot of comments on Reddit about needing a support for it because it just looked like it was floating. Also got a lot of "your bottom fan is backwards" remarks because they didn't know the Montech Sky Two had reverse pitch fans.
Luckily the card I put in this case came with a bracket that mounts like the GPU does but extends out and screws to the opposite side of the card for support. No sagging and feels solid enough.
I'd prefer a vertical stand but that fan would get in the way.

I bought fractal design flex 2 vertical , but didn't fit montech, so I'm glad this gpu bracket was there in packaging
so i got this case a week ago and i have to say this is one of the most beautiful cases ive ever seen. For that price its just unbelievable.Got the pro version I love the fans! they look awesome. Cablemanagement is so easy. The only thing i dont partially like is the connection on the side. Id rather have it on the bottom like with the Hyte y60-70. Apart from that im totally mindblown by how good, functual and spacious this case is.Theres room for everything. The RGB bar at the front looks wonderful.
I bought 3 extra fans for the top cause i dont use an aio cooler. The Airflow is amazing even with the Glasspanel. Ryzen 5800x3d runs at 55 C max. The Gpu on 60-70C.
Montech did a great Job with this case and for 150€ (the pro version) this is a steal.

Why didn’t Montech make the filter on the bottom removal from the front instead of the back. Only downfall I am seeing from this case. Looking good and all the colors, black, white, red, blue, you really have a choice. However, those colors will cost you a few more dollars.
One addition they could make on future variety is to add a CPU monitor on the front, something simple. Would be a great addition to know what is happening to the system.
