I feel like I have to get a pair of those boots now cos you said it's only me if I don't...! I don't even need them I'm a cook!

You should buy a few board retainers. Singles look so rough for when you gotta tie the odd board down here and there

I’ve had my steel blues for about 18 months now. They’re still going strong. Definitely the best boots I’ve ever had.

Me too 3 months old..looking worn..well the velcro is worn.
Nearly sent them back as they were uncomfortable to start with BUT I bared with them and glad I did as they are super comfortable now. Just need yo walk in them a few miles to bed the bustards in.

Been putting beams over a tiled off shot roof today and the boards and steel have been a nightmare with the snow and frost. The boards were brand new as well so each one was the weight of 3. If it’s the same in the morning I’m going to use the flat roofers torch and thaw the gear out in the yard before we leave.

Would you never consider investing in some transom units? From 17 to 21 I only done tube and fitting, units make life so much easier and faster

You could always wrap the underside of the roof board to stop it slipping mate then you can concentrate more on yourself not slipping 😂
