Fast becoming my favourite kayaking channel. Everyone is a bit rusty after a break from paddling. I had my first laps after a winter break, at Lee Valley WWC in the UK. Had the wobbles on every eddy line. You guys were looking good and were making progress. Keep the videos coming !!

I hate prolonged non kayaking. My anxiety is so high once I get back into my boat again. The head game is the worst.

It's tough for sure and certainly more of a head game at that point! Tough going into with the mindset of knowing a feeling like you're worse than you were a few months ago, which is certainly what i was feeling out there!
