The game auto ban people who passed wave 45, cuz this is considered “impossible”. But with the glitch players are able to do that. You need to contact the devs on Facebook to verify that you are a legitimate player to get unbanned.

No, I got banned right after reaching wave 52. If you would like to get leader board points, you have to do Canyon Trials again. However, once the devs know your acc is legitimate, any future ban will be removed very soon and they will give you points (including 45waves+)
