To easily peel garlic, just put it in a tube of thin silicon and rub - the skin peels away in moments.
Your videos are so informative, I really appreciate your insight so much. Bless you for everything you do!

You just gave me a great idea with those garlic onions. It seems to me that costumers in my area spend less and less on fresh produce. Is this a local problem or more wide spread?

      So glad we could help.
Quality fresh produce is fast becoming a luxury, unfortunately cheap industrial food full of toxins is becoming the norm.

When planting your corms, it pays to cut off the top 1/10th to expose the raw clove inside. This will almost ensure germination.

Never heard of this. One would think the exposed clove would be prone to rot.

Love the videos, but can you please check with the editing team - every video the last while has an issue with bad stereo mix - like this one your voice is almost only on the right channel. Its super tough to listen to on Headphones. When checking final audio mix, please use headphones and you'll see what I mean. Downmixing to mono would be better then at least I can use both ears (:

Thank you, I'm the editor :)
and I don't know how to do what you are asking.
I'll ask my technical advisor aka Google and try fix it.
