If this video helped you guys, please don't hesitate to give it a like. If everything goes well, this video will be uploaded to CONTEST: Treasure Unearth Project, so if you can vote for me, that would be even better! P.S. Nesre-iner(Fire Stone) is only useless during the early stages. In late stages, only pet-iner, gabe-iner and shay-iner are not enough, you also need to upgrade the nesre-iner. High level nesre-iner recipe/technique can produce high tier nesre-iner without using workbench.
I can not do math, I have math dyslexia and this is so confusing to me I can not do it even with a guide. May the person who designed this minigame find itchy long hair in their underwear.
an FYI for anyone that wants to hit high scores the best scoring setup is first Gabe-iner, all 3 Shay-iners, and then the first 2 Pet-Iners. the level 3 Nesre-iners make the material needed for the second pet-iner without needing to be on the workbench. Doing this got me to round 40 with over 4 mil score
@@Hakimei622 I'm using the laptop's own microphone after all, so if you want better sound quality I'd probably have to buy a microphone specifically for that.
@@draculavk09 There is no need to doing that. At least for me. I seen in comments, that someone was typing about audio and decided to add something from myself. Once again, thanks for the guide.
Because the interface is ass and doesn't tell you what is actually going on. I was raging at the screen for 10 minutes before giving up. I couldn't figure out what it was telling me to do, what it wanted and what I had. It looked like I had what I needed but I didn't. It looked like I didn't have what I needed but I did. It was utterly confusing.
Thank you, good Sir! I salute you o7 It helped me a lot to pass class 6. First I sat there and was wondering what the hell was going on while watching but after seeing the first 12 minutes of the video and trying it myself it worked. I think I got the system now. Most confusing mini game so far :D
Thanks. This is exactly what I need. I waited for a video to explain this since I refuse to read the in-game tutorial. Probably the worst minigame yet because of the random factor you can't just look up the solution. The only downside is the volume of your voice, it should be louder. I had to play it at 190% volume.
The audio's a bit scuffed (and by that I mean I cannot hear your voice), so I'll do a browser refresh and see if the problem resolves itself. Either way, I'll update this comment as I go. Edit 1: Yeah, I can't hear it when I'm using the speaker only. I plugged my headset to listen to your narration. You might want to edit your audio mix to make your voice more audible. Not sure if that's a problem on my end or it also affects other people, too. Kinda got into your explanations ngl. Will continue to add edits about my observations/suggestions/what-have-you as I go; let's get this video contest-worthy for submission! Edit 2: The Nesre-iner line of upgrades actually allow Tiers I-III to activate even when they're not placed in the Workbench! Tier IV gives additional 5k points per unused Workbench slot. I'm at about the 6 minute mark, so I don't know if you knew this tidbit. Tiers I-III also multiply the amount of Nesre-iner engravings by the hundreds/thousands (I cannot recall the specific description), so they're actually pretty useful especially with limited workbench slots. Edit 3: It's fascinating to see you play this game, since I disregarded the Pet-iner engravements entirely to max out Gabe-iner first. 500 per Tier III is simply unmatched; combined with the multipliers of Shay-iner and I earned a modest middle lead. Nesre-iner Tiers I-III also gave a sizable bonus since they activate outside the workbench. I'll have to play with Endless Mode again and give Pet-iner a second try; my loss might've come from too few T0 Gabe-iner engravings where Pet-iner would've flourished. Edit 4: You can explain the different kinds of Shay-iner cards as doing the same thing, but with better multipliers the higher you go. Multiplication I starts out by multiplying the current Shay-iner engravings by 2x, then upgraded to 3x, then maxes out at 5x. Multiplication II starts with a 3x multiplier, but upgrades to 5x and ends at 7x. Multiplication III starts at 5x, then upgrades to 7x and finally at 9x. (... You can definitely make an easier description than the one I presented here.) Shay-iner cards are identical, so the clarification would help a ton. Edit 5: Yeah, the audio's scuffed on my laptop's speaker. The video works alright on my phone. Not sure what caused it, however. Please disregard Edit 1. Edit 6: Higher levels of Endless Mode WILL encourage you to purchase Nesre-iner cards the higher you go. It will lock you out entirely from other cards, either because you already bought them (even if they aren't fully upgraded yet), or because it has a railroading system built-in. That's how I discovered the Nesre-iner line of upgrades, anyways. You will also get 8 gold on average per level, unless you're at a checkpoint (specified floors as seen in the Preview on the menu), in which case you get 20 or so gold. Not sure on the latter value as I honestly can't remember. Edit 7: Phew, it's been a long chain of edits! I'm honestly very apologetic for the constant edits. I got into the topic and ended up giving my thoughts and suggestions as I was going through the video. Overall, I was able to formalize my subconscious learnings from floundering at this minigame for the past two days. The tutorial/guide aspect could definitely be improved, however. One thing that would make this guide better is if you provided an overview of the upgrade trees before starting with your playthrough. i.e., Shay-iner cards are worth pennies but multiply a lot, Gabe-iner engravings award the most points but become scarce the higher Tier you go, etc etc. I would give more suggestions, but it is 3:50 am and I am honestly cooked while watching this and I am charred now after about an hour of typing and thinking about Balatro in Arknights. Closing Remarks: Thanks for indulging me and sorry for the lengthy diatribe, dracula. Hope this comment-document helped you out in some way, be it through entertainment or feedback (or engagement for the RUclips algorithm). Really thankful you made this for those struggling with the minigame; and by making it accessible, too. Hope everything does go well for you and that you submit this to the contest; Global can't read, but Global can watch video guides. At least, I hope.
Yes, I know it's very useful for increasing your score in the later stages. I say I don't like it because it's very slow to gain score in the early stages and it's very easy to fail by accident.
I finally figured out how the shape conversion works, but it was really annoying to puzzle out. The tutorial the game gives you isn't clear at all. One of the worst minigames I've ever had to suffer through.
The graph is a scam and baited me into prioritizing the highest-tier blue gems, which could never get me past round 24. When the best score is achieved using the yellow gems and tier-2 purple gems (not even the tier 3). Edit: The sequence to get the max of endless mode is: (blue tier-0 --> tier-1), [(yellow multiplier) x 3], (purple tier-0 + yellow --> purple tier-1), (purple tier-1 + blue tier-1 --> purple tier-2). I think if you increase the audio of your voice by about 20/30%, it would be better. I'm at max volume and I still can"t hear you very well.
