हमारे यहाँ पर A2 Cow ghee Bilona Method से बनाया जाता है ।
पहले गाँव के लोग इसी तरीक़े से घी बनाते थे।
इसीलिए हमारे यहाँ बनाया हुआ देसी गाय का घी पीला होता है।
