All of this was 100% preventable but the police is not listen to Charles!
These 2 bests would have found a way. And the police can't do anything without a court order. Otherwise it's "he said/ she said." He needed to get to court. But Lori saw that stopped with the help of her brother.
I wish they (The almighty Chad and the fair Lori) could have been in the holding cells, of the jails that got firebombed. With keys just out of their reach.

@@PK-bh1ww They had months to investigate Charles' murder. Had they done a proper investigation, those kids would still be alive. It's not just one incident. It's multiple and a big one that would have gotten them the court orders necessary to arrest Lori and her side piece, Alex.
And to think they told the world their kids were “safe” while they honeymooned in Hawaii. Sickening.
I agree but in their twisted belief, once the kids "zombie bodies" were done away with, then the true spirits of the kids were free. So in that way I suppose you could say they believed they were safe. Quite crazy.

@WC I rarely share this, but I had been violently raped, after hospitalization, I found out I was pregnant. I dont believe In abortion and i had considered adoption but my dad stayed with me thru it and helped me understand, my child was innocent. I raised her, today she has a doctorate in law. If I couldn't murder a child over something like this, how can you take the life of a child born in love and adopted in love? I cannot wrap my head around it.

Please do a show on how the Arizona police failed Charles and the kids! Bring attention to them so it gets investigated. They need different rules for how cases are handled. This could have been prevented

The biggest problem is that Lori Vallow is a sociopath. She knows how to work people. She has her beliefs, but when the police in Arizona called her in for a psych evaluation, she passed with flying colors. Because she's a sociopath. She knows what to say and how to say it to not look crazy. So the things that Charles said couldn't be proven with a psych eval. At that point it's a marital dispute that is he said/she said. Alex Cox should have been investigated way more over killing Charles...the children might have lived if Alex had gone to prison for murder.

Now Charles is dead, both kids are dead, Tammy is dead, Alex is dead and Brandon was almost dead. I can only imagine if Brandon had died where his 5 children would've been placed. Without her, he had no business but he found Lori, who had no issue with killing husbands. Charles and a then "normal" Lori offered to adapt him, and raise him and allowed Kay to still have a grandparent's rights and visitation. Had Charles and Lori not stepped up they would have raised him themselves.

This is so sad..poor Tylee was murder then chopped up! Some of her body parts were burned n some were buried. JJ was killed and his body was plastic wrapped n duck tape! These poor kids died such a horrible death by the people they trust the most!

My guess,is that once it was released as a crime scene, family moved in to prevent the property from being tresspassed & vandalized. Chad may also have deeded it through his attorney once he was in custody, so as to keep the real estate asset within the family.

Tylee had to die because she had been a witness to Charles murder. She knew what happened and it was not the way Alex and Lori quoted....Lori was also feeling she wanted to be free of kids and the responsibilities that come with it. JJ was a hand full and the money she expected from Charles went to Kay. He then became a burden. Up to then, Lori was receiving about 6K a month to care for these kids. That was about to dry out and she wanted to be a new bride, without attachments, while Chad eliminated his own wife. He and Lori married less than 2 weeks after she died. Lori purchased that wedding ring and wedding garb on line, about 2 weeks before Tammy died, charging it to Charles's account, who BTW had been dead for a while. What the Hell ??????? If all this is not huge circumstantial, what is ????? a smoking gun should not be necessary. We have all the proofs and plans we need.......

@@jessicadavis2079 Tylee's birthday was Sept. 24 (the day after J.J. went missing). I think the reason why some people refer to them as 17 and 8 years old is because they both had birthdays while they were missing. Because there was no confirmation yet that they were dead, reporters continued to talk about them as if they were alive (which would make them 17 and 8). I guess it's still hard for some people to reconcile the fact that they were dead the whole time and they never had those birthdays. I agree with @Kristen JustKristen , it's something minuscule and petty and not worth squabbling about.

This is easy. You see, most murderers underestimate just how hard it is to burn a human body. My guess is that they thought they would burn her first but then decided to bury her when they realized that they could never get the fire hot enough for long enough to actually destroy the body.

I watched the documentary on Netflix last night, and I've never been so angry and wanted to smash someones face in as much as I want to do so to that despicable excuse of a mother. Her poor husband Charles. I'm so glad he changed his insurance policy. I hope they both get the death penalty. Rest in Peace Charles, Tylee, JJ and Tammy
I wonder how they’re going to have any chance at defense without putting them on the stand, which seems like a massive liability. I sure would hate to be one of those defense attorneys.

but you can know someone for years, and NOT know them, even if you are their child. He was begging his mother to talk. He loved his brother and sister, and wanted to know of their well be-ing. I dont think he was covering for her. He legitimetly wanted to know where they were.

Watching their faces now while they were in Hawaii, knowing what we know now, how smug they look. Totally unaffected by what they knew to be true; that while reporter's were asking for thee whereabouts of the children, they knew they were dead and buried on Chad's property. They weren't grieving at all. They were enjoying a honeymoon, for goodness sakes.
I was thinking about something the other day. It seems like maybe Tylee was eliminated first because perhaps she was JJ's protector. The idea that this happened before Tami died is so disturbing. And for the brother to die (who might have been the person who committed the murders) is too much of a coincidence. The word DIABOLICAL keeps haunting me when I think of this story line. Especially since the wedding rings were purchased prior to Tami Daybell's death. Also, wondering about malachite poisoning, since that was the stone of the wedding rings and also since it's a poison sometimes used for murder. (found in aquatic store for fish)... just some thoughts. Thank you for the video posting.

One of the RUclipsrs that read from an Court Affidavit stated the police opened up a black bag and could see the crown of a head with ash brown hair, they believed it to be Tylee's. =(

I'm sure they did. Forensics will look at EVERYTHING!! My bf died in 2003 by homicide the leave nothing if they are a good forensic team and most are. Even though his case is still unsolved today I'm so thankful for all their hard work.
As an fingerprint expert it is extremely difficult to remove prints from brinks and boards, especially rough lumber.

the lady in the top right corner needs to learn some tact.. when talking about human remains that are the victim of a violent crime describing the remains as "the whole half burned lot" just seems insensitive to the victim .. perhaps something more respectful like the "the remains unable to complete such atrocious acts" I don't know but whole half burned lot seems so wrong.. maybe I am being unreasonable I don't know these type of crimes bring out an unreasonable reaction from me
She's a prosecuting attorney, she is supposed to shock you with what they find, to remind how awful this crime was. Her tactic did just that, with your reaction.

JJ is Charles nephew. JJ is the son to Charles brother, they gave him up for adoption to Lori and Charles. Both of JJ’s biological parents posted pictures and shared some words on FB 😞💔
