We have each Kanto starter in baby form take out Blastoise by turn 4 or faster! Squirtle took a while because of shell smash animation; Bulbasaur was solid and was able to use a RESISTANT leaf storm to get the KO; and finally Charmander is by far the fastest and best for the steal tera clocking in at only two turns with the proper support :)
