Thanks so much Scott for this! Been trying to learn this forever. Couldn't get the timing right. Now I'm starting to see improvement with the flow of things and even the kick's height. Thanks again for taking your time to share your knowledge and technique with us 🙏
Fantastic tutorial! Thank you 🙏🏼 so much for taking the time out to do this. I really like how you covered all the nuances and potential mistakes people can make while performing this. It’s amazing just how much creativity can be put into the combinations. So many possibilities! Seriously the best way to live is in pursuit of your passions, and you truly exemplify that. It shows in the quality of your work. Great stuff, brother! Big shoutout to you, Ginger Ninja, and Carl Van Roon for always being such great teachers!
Thank you! This is one kick I’ve never managed to work this kick out. I’ve never seen it broken down. It’s so quick that it hides the mechanics. I feel so daft now because when you break it down it’s actually simple. Definitely a sneaky one. The style I practice focuses more on the hand strikes so I rarely see these things in action.

@Gianluca Podda "john wick" played by keanu reeves is a very lethal mafia killer specialized in weapons, martial arts, infiltration, that character has become a trend, basically he is a living weapon haha, that's why i said that scott adkins (boyka) should to be in the movie fighting against him since scott is also an elite, and it would be great to see a fight between two legends like these 🥊🥊🥊😉

Ones meant to entertain and be performative while the other is more effective and meant for hurting your opponent. There's also a struggle with professional fighters transitioning to screen fighting since they're used to making contact with an opponent, people in the biz flinch when faced with people who have little to no experience with fight choreography because if you don't follow the right rhythm and timing you actually get hit, become injured, and/or are forced to do multiple takes because they don't know what they're doing.
