❤ For Valentine's Day, I have my students candy 🍬 and plush animals and one got a doll, and I also went to the cafeteria to eat lunch with them. I got a red insulated cup, cookies, marshmallows, a lot of chocolate 🍫 and went to bed early. It was a great day. ❤

I think the red color bleeding into the resin is a better effect. The flame effect but with the ice and snow is cool ... or hot. Lol

Ну а насчёт совета. Я бы конечно кубик льда сделал слегка голубоватого цвета. Может стоит попробовать так, белую розу и голубоватый лёд. А на нем белый сверкающий снег.

That rose looks flamin' red hot because of the leaching of the dye. People actually use, or used to use, flowers, vegetables, and leaves to make clothing dyes. Some still do, and some have gone back to that. The clothes we wear have chemical dyes.

Rzeczy mające tendencje do odbarwiania należy przed zalewaniem żywicą "ciapnąć" cieniutką warstewką żywicy. Ona zakonserwuje pory roślin itp. Podobnie z drewnem żeby nie uwalniało bąbli powietrza do konstrukcji przestrzennej

Ok, the red dye swirls coming of the rose are so freakin cool looking!! I do think it would have looked better clear, but the red swirls are awesome and make it look really unique! Love it!

Though I have to admit, with seeing so many roses in resin, this is only one i've seen have that effect. It makes me think it was dyed red... which triggered a childhood memory and I started to chant "We're dying the white roses red"
It's been decades since I've watched Disney's (or any version) Alice In Wonderland and have to admit, I lost the book before reaching that scene. As such I may have misremembered the true lyrics of what the Card guards were singing, but I think it was actually PAINTING, not dying, the white roses red. Cause I do remember Disney's movie scene of them with paint brushes "attacking" bushes of white roses with red paint.

The resin has dissolved the color of the rose

the rose would not have dyed the resin if you painted the rose before hand in resin, so the pigment gets locked in place, maybe try it again with my tip!

It's a pity the colour leeched out of the rose. It would have been spectacular with clear resin. However, it still looks cool. By the comments a lot like it this way. Maybe you could do another one (after sealing the rose) in clear resin. They could then become Night and Day roses. 😊👍 See you next Friday Jed.
