@@luci4087 I suspect that if all YT videos had timecodes, many viewers would not watch the entire demo/show. Just my opinion. I need the timecode so that I can easily watch/study the recipe.

BUT... altough the hot and sour soup is not completely authentic, one part is kinda important and that is to use WHITE pepper in stead of BLACK pepper... that's where the heat sould come from... totally differeny taste profile!

My Zulu daughters absolutely love your meals but what I wish you would do is include milliletre measurements in your recipes because it's always so frustrating having to convert all the grams and Oz measurements to mls
