Where can one purchase the honing stones you used? What is the purpose of the socket head machine screw between the micrometer and the stones ?
The SHCS acts a hard stop to prevent you from undercutting the part if the micrometer head is accidentally adjusted incorrectly. You can reach me at canebuilder@gmail.com
