Hi! Thanks a lot! The setup for the sound is very specific and I doubt if it can be 100% replicated. As far as the exhaust goes: 3 inch custom downpipe, 200 cpi cat (which I think is pretty worn out since I can't pass MOT with it), muffler deletes all the way to the back. So effectively the catalytic converter is the only source that should muffle sound, but given how loud it is I think you can basically call it a straight pipe :)

Just tuned my AUQ GTI, its now running 240hp. Really happy with it, the pops are insane, just like an AK going off. What about your clutch ? Has there been any problems ?
@@itsav6349 Overall not that good for your engine and turbo, and it uses alot of fuel hehe. But if you keep it on a limit then i think its ok. Since I wrote the comment 4 months ago Iv installed a huge front mount intercooler, changed to bigger injectors and converted it to E85 - it's running 10x better. The changes i did helps the pops get bigger and louder.
@@BeyniLP It was some years ago now, but from what I remember: Stage 2 - Huge DO88 intercooler - Catless Downpipe - Open airfilter ( AEM ) Later on I went "stage 3" Following: Stage 3 - Bigger Injectors ( Siemens 630cc ) - K04 Turbo KKK - Ethanol E85 - Bigger pipes for the turbo to get better flow Estimated to have around 300hp with stage 3

Een s3 met 1.8 20v kan ook nog, maar ik vraag me af of de quattro nou echt zo nodig is, ik zie dat je met je FWD opzich wel genoeg grip hebt. Ik ben zelf van plan om stage 2 te gaan max. Is een s3 quattro awd dan een must? Of zeg je, je kan net zo goed de cupra nemen want je hebt alleen spin in zn 1 bijvoorbeeld. Groetjes.

@@DimoS... that sounds exactly like mine. I had around 200K too when I installed my K04-064. Just make sure to find a good tuner so the torque wont kick in too hard. The K04-064 is capable of developing well over 500 nm

I just know that the torque must be low for reliability ... do you think it will last many kilometers without being forged ??? Do you know other cases like ours?....(now how much kilometrs you have mate?)
@@DimoS... I drove this over 4 years with this setup, it never broke down on me. Such a reliable engine these 20VTs. I traded it this summer for a mk6 gti with DSG. Make sure to always properly warm up the turbo and let it cool down, but you probably knew that 😉

Het is een K04-064 Turbo, intercooler custom made, uitlaat ook custom, 386cc injectoren uit een BAM blok, BAM spruitstuk, Forge 004 of 006 blow off (net in welke stemming ik was), R8 red top bobines, custom made intake, N249 delete, SAI delete, en ik vergeet vast iets. Erg veel custom en zelf op maat gemaakt, heeft flink gescheeld in de kosten. Ik heb nog een 30 pagina tellende handleiding over hoe je deze upgrade kan doen. Deze auto heb ik al een paar jaar niet meer. Heb hem geruild op een mk6 gti, toen kwam er een mk7 gti performance en nu heb ik een Leon Cupra uit 2018 met ongeveer 400 pk.
Lekker hoor, ik hem net een 1.8 20vt aum opgehaald en ga die in een polo 6n2 swappen. Moet alleen nog eff de correcte setup zien te samenstellen. Zat zelf ook aan een k04 te denken.@@PostTraumaticChessDisorder
@@hardshocked726 de K04-064 komt van een TFSi blok af dus daar heb je pasplaat voor nodig en alle leidingen gaan de anders (originele turbo zit meer aan de bestuurderskant en de tfsi turbo's meer naar de passagierszijde)

Hey man. Met stage op een 20VT zal je rond 250 pk uit gaan komen en dat is heel goed te controleren. Awd is natuurlijk mooi maar is geen must hoor.
