So I paid 8000 for tatkal passport becos not remains of 90 days validity if my visa will be stamp on. 1st jan in 2024,,,so applied new passport so for ,,becos sure chances for rejection for this

How PCC and rest of the documents in (not mandatory ) is mandatory when Embassy said it is NOT MANDATORY ?
Brother if you dont submit your Pcc and bank statement you will get rejection 100%. If you dont trust you can try without pcc and bank statement.
