I knew nothing I needed to know in the beginning now approaching my timeline I wish I knew so much I listen to my court appointed attorney to just basically shut up not argue the things I did not agree with and the false information but to listen be quiet and do what the agency wants but I have followed this advice done everything that they asked plus more and now learning my rights it’s too late for me to speak up about a lot and I’m regretting taking the attorneys advice to be passive and I’m failing I’m losing in court because I didn’t speak up on importance of information 😢 I’m terrified now that I’m losing my son in April the timeline ends I hope others can learn from this kniw ur rights! Learn all you can about this process knowledge is so important to custody ❤
It's very expensive. Good advise. Some atty's won't do it like this, they want to do everything so it's good to find one that will work with you on the $$.

Would there be any chance that the black hat would get turned back on him because he lied A Lot to get an emergency custody order? If i fight it will that put the black hat on me? He basically stole my daughter after being cordial for months
❤❤❤ I prey the judge sees through the malicious intent of his actions in court I get it my son was removed on emergency because of an close friend who I had a falling out with years ago over her telling my 16 year old daughter information about my past and other events that were inappropriate for her to tell her out of anger towards me or on general She then showed up to the hospital years later when my son was born she acted like a supportive friend again and she now continues to tell the agency false stories about me and I found out she had Cps get involved in a agenda that she had to befriend me again to secure her agenda and the socal worker listens to everything she says about me let’s her block my parenting time in every way she can I prey the judge sees her for what she’s doing to me it’s been a year since I lost my son and I am preying upon the court to see through her malicious way ❤❤❤

Maybe judges shouldn't operate out of a place of ego and pride and actually rule there courts in a neutral place
