About Matt:
Matt Steffanina is a choreographer, DJ and music producer from Los Angeles, CA. He's worked with artists such as Jason Derulo & Taylor Swift and appeared on shows like So You Think You Can Dance, Ellen, The Tonight Show, Step Up and won season 28 of The Amazing Race. Currently Matt teaches in his online dance school DNCR.com and tours as both a dancer and DJ.

@@southernmermaid2526 They’re actually called “parachute pants”. They were real big in the ‘80s, especially with break-dancers [now called B-Boy dancing].
@@frankiek2269 Ah yes I remember that era well. MC Hammer made them super popular. Parachute referred to a certain type of fabric. They were also called Hammer pants and diaper pants by Bobby Brown. 🤣😂🤣 They had many names but were definitely inspired by harem pants.
