Great advice - don't wait! Get into the market anyway you can before interest rates drop in 2025. We bought our first investment property in Brisbane using our SMSF in Dec 2023 for $455k & using $150k deposit. Is now worth $600-620k. After all costs my Super went up 40% in the last year. Way better than keeping it in Super that had negative returns thru Covid & not supporting the most corrupt industry & biggest rort in Australia - the Superannuation industry.

The problem is I only have $30,000 in super so doesn’t work for me but it’s a great strategy for people with a bigger balance in super !
