Anyway, just checking in with you and hoping all is well. I was about to wish you Happy Mother's Day, but remembered your Mother's Day is different from ours. Ours is tomorrow, the 12th. Always the second Sunday in May. The a/c in my craft room broke, so everything is on hold till I can get it fixed, as it's just too hot in there without an a/c. The guy is coming Monday to replace it, I think. I will probably be outside tomorrow pressure washing what's left to do as my children don't live near me. So it will be hubby and I and the two kitties just hanging out. I hope it's a nice day tomorrow so I can get out there and finish up. I still have to clean the windows on the outside and clean them on the inside. It's all up to me, as hubby can no longer help with anything. I love playing with clothes, and trying new things, I’m in my element. Oh ballerina, such a nice thing to say, but then I don’t expect anything else from you, you’re such a sweet soul, we would hang out together and have lots of fun if I lived near to you. We get a small corner of the store if we’re lucky, next door a tiny selection of petite, but not much, so we have no choice but to get creative, I like short queen hahaha you are so funny. 🤣 oh my love, I’d forget my head if it wasn’t attached to my body, and life gets busy, so no wonder we forget things. I had my heart monitor fitted on Wednesday, took it back Thursday, so awaiting results. I feel quite good at the moment, lots of dizzy spells, but that’s all. I’ve got my little Ida with me, she’s next to me in bed, we had a sleepover lol. My son has gone on a short cycling holiday with my husband, and Ida’s mummy went to her uncles birthday party, so I got the pleasure of looking after my little cutie pie, she’s adorable, she has me doing all sorts. Yes we had our Mother’s Day, but Happy Mother’s Day to you my love, I hope you enjoy your day. Oh no, you can’t possibly work without air conditioning, I hope he can sort it out for you. I pressure washed all my front early this week, I filmed a bit of it for an upcoming video, front of house refresh, the stone flags were nearly black they were so dirty. I’m the same need to clean the windows in the kitchen, and the back patio doors, we have a window cleaner for the front, but not the back, I must change that 🙄 it must be so frustrating for your hubby, and difficult for you having to do most things by yourself, i worry about you doing to much and the suffering with your back. I had a shirt dress years ago and just had it worn the one way. Most dresses now are so long and i dont feel comfortable wearing them unless they are shorter but you did a great job showing us how to wear the dress so many ways, very clever.

Morning Lynn……what a great video, I love a shirt dress and have a few so I’ll be looking at alternative ways to wear them, in winter I often wear a jumper over a dress for added layering and warmth. I particularly liked the Primark top worn over the dress, the colours looked great together. I’ll pop over to view Maree’s video and maybe get even more inspiration. Have a good weekend🥰
