Great work Sujan . Anyways in practice it is observed if the discriminator loss tends to zero and remained inbetween greater than zero and smaller than equal to 0.5 it is an idle case with an added condition that the generator loss should be tends to 1 not lesser than that and In between a range of greater than 1 and lesser than 2 as mentioned in your video . Thn it is considered to in nash equilibrium state not just reach the nash equilibrium state.
