If you see the sign, evacuate the office immediately (look for another job asap). Retaliation continues even after quitting... (There are very few human beings with a well-balanced mind in this world)

I was put on a performance improvement plan due to the reason I spotted my manager made a mistake. Unfair PIP, I disputed it, then the PIP was withdrawn. I am not sure if this action was working place harassment.

I wish DC metro attorney’s would make a similar video so at least I could get help with the concerns I have about my current boss who’s unwilling to provide me the reasonable accommodations.

At will, if people can be fired for anything. Why do supervisors or department heads retaliate?

What if your employee handbook says you are not allowed to have an attorney? You have to use one of theirs and go through "binding" arbitration? And, you are not allowed to record conversations even when they say, "I never said that" and you know they did and if you had a recording you could prove it.

Just Imagine you’re screwed that’s what. Lol. We all are in this new world of lawless corporate tyranny. Get everything in writing. If it’s not in writing it isn’t policy. It was never said. You have to prove it. Record it anyway. Let someone else hear it and they can honestly say they heard that person say it.

      Federal law.

it’s related to the “right to work” legislation pushed into law by large corporations that back the campaigns of the legislative branch financially of your state government. “At will” employment doesn’t happen to union employees. Research who created “right to work” laws and that my friend will tell you why they exist. It reduces the power of an entire workforce down to an entire corporation dealing with every employee individually instead of bargaining collectively with a workforce as a whole for fair working conditions and wages bound by rules put forth in a contract. Do not trust your state and federal government to protect the local sector. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing.
They want the common man controlled and in fear. Think about it. Power and greed is the root of all evil. An entire workforce or society for that matter bonding together as one scares them to death. We together as one are more powerful than our government. Governments and corporations have been studying how to weaken the public for hundreds of years. Many people are falling for this in today’s world weakening society against government and institutional tyranny. Attorneys and court systems alike do their best to keep this going as well. It’s how they make their way. All a viscous circle. Power is in numbers. Stand up for your co workers. We could shut everything down if we were smart enough to stand as one.
