For a nation to maintain her strength, she requires minimum numbers of new blood to replace their predecessor. What happened in the western countries today is the reason why they need new blood from another country to replace her own who have much lower fertility rate.

A traditional family structure has been the norm and proven to work for thousands of years. You dont need to experience it to know that its better for a civilization. Its only recently, in a hyper-capitalistic system at least in the West, that we decided to attempt to "fix" something that was never broken in the first place. Women for example didnt have to work a substantial amount of their lives until the 1970s for the sole purpose of doubling profit margins. And wages remained stagnant since the late 1900s while the average cost of living per family continued to increase which made living on a single income difficult for the average family. So the motivation to end the traditional family structure in the West was motivated by corporate greed.
