@@user-th7kk9hb3j люди делающие подобное со своей внешностью психически нездоровы (дисморфофобия). Они нуждаются в лечении и психотерапии, а не в операциях. Впрочем любой адекватный хирург откажется делать подобные операции, это как минимум неэтично. Те кто соглашаются на подобную "работу" - бесчеловечные, жадные до денег мясники, которые пользуются больным человеком, неспособным ясно мыслить и принимать осознанные решения, чтобы наполнить свой карман. За такое надо сажать.
