God bless you Pastor Bohr! Everyday I listen to you. I’ve learned a lot which I don’t learn and hear from my church nowadays. Thank you so much for the Holy Spirit is upon you!
In otherwords our spiritual life is seen in our daily actions, walking with Jesus, by beholding we become change. Lord help us in our character building, walking like old Enoch, pleasing God all the way doing the things God loved....🎉🎉🎉🎉
This lecture really helped me understand the difference between imputed, versus imparted righteousness. I had a vague understanding before, but this made it very clear in my mind the difference. Thank you, Pastor.
Revelation 8:5 states a censor is thrown to earth and a global earthquake occurs. That is day one of the great tribulation. The global earthquake brings sudden destruction and will catch most people by surprise. That is what the thief in the night refers to.
I have to write out these two words and their meanings and study the two meanings separate to get it in my thick frontal lobe which is diminishing 😢 Thank u for this very important message.
At 26 minutes there is a potential for great misunderstanding. Scripture does not teach that you must arrive at or maintain a certain state of character in order to receive or maintain the imputed righteousness of Christ. What is required of us is to be willing for God to change us into the image or obedience of Christ. But this can take a lifetime of victory and failure, confession and repentance. So, his statement could lead us all into an experience of legalism or perfectionism. We are saved via Grace, for Christ is both our title and our fitness for heaven, (DA 300). So, if we die tomorrow we are accepted as we are which is complete in Christ. But should we make it to the final days of earth's history, then we will have grown in character accordingly. But we have to be careful about adding conditions of sinlessness or perfection to our conditions for salvation. And a final note, not every preacher has every point correct in his theology. If God plans for us to be alive at the end of history and with certain expectations for us, then He will provide the Grace for us to arrive at a state of character that looks more and more like Jesus. His statement could easily confuse the sensitive and untrained or uneducated mind, that is, people lacking spiritual maturity. Our position in Christ is always complete or perfect, but, our experience in Christ is never complete or perfect. If God expected sinlessness from us every minute of every day as a qualification for salvation, then he would not have offered forgiveness for our present and future sins as in 1st John 1:9 and 2:1. Balance is the key and it is not...one size fits all as we are all very different in our experiences and understanding.

Pr. Bohr, please don't belabor the point of what it means to walk with God. It's almost a sermon and that is why your sermons are sometimes so long.
