Nah Almighty push makes like everything physical irrelevant. And he has vision through the other pains so realistically Kakashi aint have a chance at hitting the main Pain. Like Kamui might've worked but that move took alot of time for him to do at the moment in time in the story. He only used Kamui against Diedara or defensively at this point in the story. Like Kakashi doesn't really use genjutsus so all the moves in the world that he has can't really get past a move that works based off gravity.

People assume that just because he was nicknamed Copy Ninja with a Thousand Jutsu, he'd display 1000 different jutsus in the anime. I think the Ninjas only called him that because whenever he fights, he always uses his Sharingan to counter the enemies with the same move. Just like when he fought Zabuza. But in the end, he'd stick with Chidori as Lightning is his strongest arsenal and his Sharingan depletes more Chakra since he is not an Uchiha
