One addition about the air filter mod.
Firstly, even 20lacs worth bikes also come with stock paper filters. Well, the manufacturer is not stupid. They are taking any amount between 4 or 20 lacs, so they can easily provide with performance cotton filters worth 5k from the showroom. But they never do it.
Those DNA or KnN filters do not stop dust adequately. No Rocket science is here. More air means more Dust with it. Simple.
And that harms the engine a lot. Most bikes' pistons with KnN burn out after 35k km due to excess dust through years of riding.
Road bikes for consumers are built for longevity. They should run Lakhs of Kms without engine breakdown. That's why there is no substitute for paper filters.
But in races, wars, they use new bikes, engines for every session. No need of any longevity. Just use and throw. In that regard, cotton filters are the way.

You can try a better alternative to RE bar end mirrors. Jawa bar end mirror comes under Rs 1600. It does the same job.
One friend of mine bought it after riding on a rough patch his one side mirror was missing even it was tightly installed hence quality is unmatched

It's already difficult to look in those bar end mirrors as Nerdy said... + Add on a blind spot mirror which will cover more than half of the bar end mirror + it's more concave so things look even smaller in them...
So my point is... The visibility will be greatly reduced

Yes you can they are slip onns....yes sound will change
i am soon buying gt650 and the only mod i will do is fit the meteor 350 rear 140 section alloy rim and 150 section rear tyre because the stock rims are 18inches so having 140mm rim with 150 section tyre will almost keep the weight distribution unchanged my dealer dropped a bomb on me even the alloys variant will come with 18 inches alloy only mostly 😑😑 waited 4 months and dammm any way my dealer said he will give me a discount on meteor 350 rim as i kept bugging him 😅😅😅😅 he said the bike may reach a bit late in may with price hike of 14.5-18k depending on scheme still no info on cafe racer fairing as my damm dealer said to wait till march to get alloyed variant with faired look but that may not be the case it seems
I riddeen a gt with complete stock and ridden one with hunter 350 alloy mod and reached 160 easy peasy a little bit body tail down given the front end the rest it needs and the stability is sooo much improved so i would suggest go with 140 section tyre and 140 section rim on interceptor but on conti go with 140rim and 150 tyre
There is speedo errorn😅 you haven’t accounted for because the speed sensor was designed for 18 wheel when you run 17 inch wheels the sensor will show higher speed as smaller wheel be turning more times .
@@diaryofawanderingboot4058 nope i wont change the front wheel i will leave it stock or else buy a 18inch 110 size rim since the speed sensor is there i wont mess the front i will tuck the rear so that it will be a bit easy on the front end.
The one i clocked 160 is on bone stock bike with hunter 350 alloy which is a bit lesser built as hunter is lighter weight but mereor is more or less same weight as conti gt i will use 18 front and 17 rear config and then use the zana clip on raisers and tec 2-1 exhaust ive made all my decissions but when i said accessories worth 70k my dad said he will sell off either the bike or me so im saving money for the stuff and progress one thing at a time lol the first mod immedietly would be meteor 350 alloy as it has a higher profile tyre which would deliberately leave the bike height mostly unchanged i will not make any other changes for 3.7 l machine that 10k kit i am getting it inclusive in machine as my dealer said he will save the stock tyre the alloy model and give me a meteor 350 alloy and if i dont like it then he said he will retrofit the bike bone stock the alloy also comes with a 100 and 130 which is dealer end dissapointment tooo it seems as many owners already making cheap mods and throwing the bike on their faces 🤣🤣🤣

This review was good and bad. Good because it has valid points and bad because it was made in a bad mood a that reflects your judgements. Your skill and understanding when doing a mod and extracting benefit out of it seems very limited . You don’t know how to counter steer obvious from the comments after tyre mod. Your have a fear of your feet not touching the ground 😅. You haven’t realised the use of powertronics fully yet
The mirrors 100 💯 you were spot on correct it’s pretty use less for the use of a rear view mirror. And the chop and loud exhaust too was spot on . But you just seemed too frustrated in this review so I can’t take it for sure that your views won’t change when you have calmed down.
And you seem to think people do mods only for Instagram and you tube 😅 which is kind of like very close minded and perhaps a limited view.
Thanks for the feedback bro, but my video is all about how people on insta and youtube are influencing other riders for doing unnecessary mods and how a normal rider ends up in a depressing situation because people(on YT) only show positive or flashy things. hope u for my point.

Agreed. Recurring point being made here is for a normal road rider what is the use of performance parts. But that doesn't make sense because the whole reason we buy motorcycles like this is for that performance and feel. Anything that makes it better, we want - - which explains the whole air filter, exhausts, ecu mods trend.
