I love the breathtaking views from up above, and going over the construction in the France pavilion.
I live very close to Gatlinburg, TN and we have a couple of Gondola type rides here. I remember being in New Orleans for the 1984 World's Fair and they had a terrifying gondola ride over the river to the fair site. I'm sure there are other places in America that have them too. It's not really an unheard of thing here in the states. But Disney has done it best, of course! Can't wait to ride them some day! Thanks for the awesome view and letting us "ride along" with you!
We were just at Disney and kept riding them but we kept getting the one that had no stickers😂 it feels like you are flying with Peter Pan on them😊 and Remy’s Ratatouille ride was so much fun
I could easily see them expand to Disney Springs and Disney's Animal Kingdom. They'd probably start at Caribbean Beach Resort and put a station that is not only close to Disney Springs but also Disney's Old Key West and Saratoga Springs Resorts as well (like how the EPCOT is also close to the Boardwalk Inn, Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, and Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Hotels as well). I am not sure if they would expand it to Typhoon Lagoon or not, but I don't think they'll expand it to Port Orleans. I think an Animal Kingdom station should go somewhere equally in between the park and the lodge, and Coronado Springs Resort and Blizzard Beach should be connected to the system as well, with a second hub station at Blizzard Beach also connecting the system to the 3 All Star resorts as well. To get to that phase of the system, you'd probably have to start a new path beginning from either Hollywood Studios or Pop Century/ Art of Animation Resorts. Got all that?
Mitchell Ries I agree with animal kingdom but not Disney Springs. If you put a line to Disney springs then people would park there and get on a gondola to a park. It’s why they don’t have busses to the parks from Disney Springs.
CAN28ful Okay but what if they put it somewhere between Disney's Saratoga Springs, Disney's Port Orleans, and Disney's Old Key West Resorts?

Thank goodness the Skyway / Gondola ride, round trip with windows has already been added in the Disney Orlando, Florida version.
Coming around 2028 in the Disney Anaheim, California Version, the Skyway / Gondola Ride, round trip with windows in stations could be added at Disneyland, Disney’s California Adventure, Disney Downtown & Hotels Associated with Disney without being connected by the Matterhorn.
To bring back the New Skyway / Gondola Ride, round trip now with windows, they need to have ticket booths.

We were there in January 2020, very efficient form of transportation, quickly gets you to the parks, and it’s fun!
Always wanted to go, but never could.. But, there is a lot of wasted space with empty parking lots.. Seems as though Disney would have utilized that space for more attractions or something.
By the end of the video, I'm ready to jam 6 adults in that Art of Animation Lion King Suite 😄!
Disney World needs more transpiration options besides buses, and this is a fantastic way of getting around

Do you have to get off at each stop to get on different gondola or would you be able to go all the way to Epcot from pop century without getting off ?

what is the announced storm policy, since I know Orlando gets pop up storms fairly often.
Do they just stop boarding new riders and remove those who are on? Or do they stop it till storms pass?
(not sure how long it would take to restart if they hard stop).

The most magical flight on Earth, nice name. I wish they added music in between the stations because there isn't really anything exciting to look at. In terms of the character wraps, I like Stitch and Madame Leota. Hope they expand it to Disney Springs
Imagine. Flying over the expanded France Pavillion and, as you descend into Epcot, the orchestra from Ratatouille chimes in.
I was at Hollywood Studios a few years ago and saw them building that. It’s exactly like a ski lift.

I Have been on it before, Nice, Except if your stuck, But it still does better connections, It needs to be Connected to Animal Kingdom, Becuase When we arrived at epcot by Skyliner, our tickets were not working, so we had to walk to Yatch Club and Try to take a bus to Animal Kingdom where we had new tickets

Orlando doesn't have yearly hurricanes either. I've lived here ten years. I've been through two. Neither of them did much damage at all to the Orlando area. We didn't even lose power at our house for either one and we live down the street from Walt Disney World. So....
Leone if there were to be a hurricane they would take all cabins off the line at the main hub where all three meet and it would be fast because the system is all automatic
That is epic long ride. The gondola seems to be similar to the one currently in service at Genting Highlands, Malaysia. Awana skyway i think.
No, Awana skyway is from Leitner, Italian manufacturer and cabins are French Sigma's Diamond. Here we have Doppelmayr D Line system with CWA's Omega IV cvabins.

from one of the other videos i watched, i can say yes, wheelchair accessible.
Painted Faces by Fairy G yes they have separate boarding areas for wheelchair users
When they show the station overview at 10:52, you can see several cabins stopped in a separate area. The separate area is accessible loading for specialty cabins that can accommodate a wheelchair or ECV (and can remain parked for as long as needed). Those cabins can then be loaded onto the line, and get automatically routed to the accessible area for unloading at the final station, all without disrupting the flow of cabins on the main line.

A lot of people were telling me they were getting sick on this, but they also tried to fit a bunch of people in, so I hope that people don’t experience that
To be fair, I would’ve seen it to be more efficient to install a light rail system, but this is fairly unique, so I’m not too disappointed.
This avoids traffic and it’s more Disney like tho.

People ride these things all over the world, like they used to at Disneyland, and in the Magic Kingdom, and at Tokyo Disneyland....until they were all ripped out...
