Supposed to be as satisfying as drinking fresh rain water, and often topped with roasted soybean flour (yummy and nutty) and brown sugar syrup (sweet and rich!) Made mostly with water, a little bit of sugar, and agar agar which is like a gelatin kinda made from a type of seaweed I think. Softer than jello to eat though, very delicate, and melts in your mouth to be like drinking water.
