Ketchup Rice
・ 180g Rice
・ 3 Sausages
・ 1/4 Onion
・ 10g Salted butter
・ 2 tablespoons of Ketchup
・ A bit of Salt & Black paper
Thin Omelette
・ Salad oil, as needed
・ 2 Eggs
・ A bit of Salt
Mushrooms Demi-glace Sauce
・ 30g Mushrooms
・ 10g Salted butter
・ 1 tablespoons of Cooking sake
・ 1 tablespoons of Medium-thick sauce
・ 2 tablespoons of Ketchup
・ 1 teaspoon of Sugar
・ 1/2 teaspoons of Consommé granules
Sprinkle Parsley for garnish
(The green and pink things in the omelette rice are leftovers of asparagus and bacon)
[Ingredients for Asparagus Bacon Wraps]
・ 3 stalks of Asparagus
・ 4 slices of bacon
[Ingredients for Baby leaf salad ]
・ Baby leaf, as needed
・ Cheese, as needed
・ Olive oil, as needed
・ A bit of Salt & Black paper
Put some Red hot pepper on it according to your preference
