Love the vids, up the Triton. I have a ‘22 GLS and at the point before dropping some coin on lift kit and rear sensor relocation but thinking whether it’s just worth allocating that money to a larger Ute like SX Dmax or base hilux while the GLS is still new and sub 20k km. How have you found yours in your adventures? If you were to do it again, would you spend those thousands in triton mods on a base model bigger Ute like dmax or hilux? Just don’t know how much I’d be gaining given I don’t tow and just use it for camping. Thanks mate keep up the vids !!!

For the price of the triton with a few basic mods you are still spending less then a base model hilux. I wouldn’t change anything if I went and did it again

@@20triton19 thanks mate much appreciated. They are definitely a little mountain goat and that warranty peace of mind is unbeatable for young blokes like us albeit requiring dealership service. Can I ask what lift you’re running and how you’ve found it? Keen on a 1.5-2 inch but trying to keep it as least invasive and warranty-maintaining as possible 😂

@@johnsambar2658 I’m running 2 inch pedders shocks front and rear with parabolic leafs rated for 700kg in the rear
They are pretty good and with all the weight the leafs handle it well
