I came to this video for ur eyeliner specifically..and he skipped over that part. :(
He mentions at 3:40 that he used shadow not eyeliner.
He did it...he used a shadow to create the dramatic smokey eye instead of a traditional eyeliner
This editing is so amateur it’s painful.
