Meeting Moment: What is Influencing Employee Engagement?

Curious what is driving employee engagement at the ‪@calgarypolice‬? Our Commission found out at our last regular meeting, and the short answer is in this featured Meeting Moment.
We are one of only a few police boards and commissions in Canada that conduct an annual police employee survey and share the results. It gives members of the police service an opportunity to tell us and the Service's leadership what is going well and what needs to change in their workplace.
