In 7:03 you didn't plug black probe to ground. Why? In many places in manual is information, that grounding is very important (even when cable is without current).
HI Yes, the grounding is very important and it will keep the transmission signal is better than no grounding. One cable connection is still working, just the transmission signal will be weak a little bit and can't detect cable too deep. In this case, we are more focus on the functional display. May this unit be used to trace live 60HZ, 120, 240, 277-volt circuits?
Does it work with concrete walls? What is the maximum depth.?
Also do you guys have needle tips that fit inside a standard USA outlet socket? The needle tips that come with it are too wide to go into outlet
