Yes, that's right... in the form of ice cream with the distinct flavour of Jamun standing out. In this video, I have shown how to make Jamun Ice Cream at home and that too without GMS & CMC.
Ingredients:

1 cup deseeded Jamun/Black Plum
2 tbsp Sugar
1 cup Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
