My favorite Karl King tune. Set playback speed at 1.25 and it's perfect.

I love listening to this! It helps as we have been unable to see Cary Town Band for almost 2 years. This was very uplifting to hear during these difficult times which we all hope will be over soon. Everyone did a wonderful job playing with the limitations they were under. A lot of credit to the great director, (as always). It also was amazing the job the players did that had to play more than one part. I also think the person that edited the video did an outstanding job.

Great synchrony, says Alan. We loved it--played it 3 times already! Our first chance to see Liz. And the band leader is the best!! More, please! We like the name of the piece, too. :-) Peggy and Alan

I can't stop, either. I ended up just setting it to loop.

Alexander Kochanowski here, just in case the user name throws anyone from the band off since it wouldn't make sense to talk about it from an internal perspective without identifying myself with my user name being that of my RUclips account, really need to straighten that out. It sounds absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed doing it, Michael did very well with synchronizing everything. I didn't check the video on my end for visibility of the earbud I used for computer audio, only for musical mistakes, which I did make plenty of throughout my attempts before I finally got the one I sent in, so I was a bit surprised it isn't visible in the final product as it contrasted with my shirt quite a bit. I ended up using an earbud because, as I found out, my main set of headphones cause the sound to reverberate in my head and don't allow me to keep track of my own tone quality like I normally do when playing. They muffle all external sound, especially when they are playing something, so I switched to a set of earbuds that allowed me to hear system audio and my horn at the same time. I was getting annoyed with the restrictions keeping us from rehearsing as a group, I know they are deemed necessary, I just couldn't help it, and with online being iffy at best with the possible latency issue. This helped me get my mind off that. I would definitely love to do it again, so you've got a yes from me on any future project barring medical or logistical issues not allowing me to get it done. I'll be sure to share this, of course. Also, yikes on the guys who had to double up on parts. Also, note to self, get some noise dampening going in my room, the acoustics in my room are not the best to put it mildly. If I could have, I would have put up something to dampen the reverb and moved the camera back a bit, which did help when I moved it back to where it ultimately stood for the final recording. In hindsight, if I could have done anything different, it would be those two things and muting my horn as I have been experimenting since recording this and muted sounds way better than not muted on the reverb front. Couldn't do that in this one since it doesn't call for one.

Really enjoyed it! Makes me miss the group here in Waunakee.? I’d like to do the same but have no idea!

Beautifully done! Ironically, were it not for these troubled times, I would likely never have discovered this wonderful community band at some distance from my home near Baltimore. I'm subscribed. I hope to hear more.

If it weren't for the times, we may not have done this as, since I joined, we have only done actual live concerts. I would love to do more, same current issues keeping us from performing live or not. It was a fun, and very different, experience.
