  • It's not often that you get the opportunity to buy a rental property with no money down. Typically lenders want investors to have skin in the game. However, there are some rare times where the risk is so low that the lender decides to provide buyers with a 100% financed property. During this episode of The Investment Properties For Sale Show the HoltonWiseTV team is partnering up with build to rent specialists Rent To Retirement to bring investors the opportunity to buy a brand new rental property in Poinciana, Florida that can be purchased with no money down.

Great run down James! The draw to Poinciana from an investment perspective is the proximity to Orlando. This area is significantly less expensive than Orlando, but rents are still high and it's close enough to commute to Orlando. Many families are moving to these adjacent markets for more affordable cost of living causing high rent demand and growth. We are happy to discuss this with anyone that has any questions.

Arent monthly mortgage, utilities, and tax costs going to wind up around $3k per month, without factoring in miscellaneous costs from renters and funding long term maintenance for the rental? How does this propertt make any financial sense for anyone?
