我自己住在 New York Towers , Sheppard and Bayview，已住了十多年，即很近你带我們看那個 condo,這個區真是很方便，除了有 Bayview Village and Fairview Mall 在 附近，在 Leslie and Finch 還有一個唐人商場，利是商場，裏面有陽光超市，麵包店，hair saloon , Chatime bubble tea, 中式餐廳和茶餐廳 等等，所以這區真是很方便。

個度好方便，d 裝修都好啱心水，不過就貴左d ，始終都重要買車位同locker。 不過唔知管理費貴唔貴，呢邊有朋友話管理費年年加都好金。
另外想問下，見你地屋企backyard 整得好實用，有無邊間公司介紹，我backyard都想整整怇

Concord在這裡重有幾個新盤，有時間也可以介紹一下嗎？ 其實一直在紅色跑車前那部是藍色小巴是concord的專巴，是會車住客去地鐵站和go train站的。所以這個地點最吸引之處就係有車上hwy超方便，唔開車又有subway同go train。

Yonge/Bayview on Sheppard is the heart of North York. This area is very expensive due to location and amenities. I'm happy to live in the neighborhood.
