Lastly, I don't know if you're headed in the same direction, but our malls are folding up, thanks to Amazon. The most ironic store closing is Sears & Roebuck, who started as a mail order company, but got destroyed by mail order!

Considering this place is called the "Mall of Scandanavia" i'm going to make a big assumption that its the biggest/most famous mall in Sweden and probably attracts a lot of people for just that reason. The Mall of America in Minneapolis still does fine even with most malls in the USA struggling, also retail in more touristy areas (like Mall of Millennia/Florida Mall/Disney Springs, Michigan Ave, Fifth Ave, etc) are not dying.
Mall of Scandinavia is been around for a long time,with Tons of Regular customers.. and the shopping shall scene/industry here in sweden,have to strong of a pull to get closed down. tens of thousands of customers per day. in Stockholm,there are more then 4 shopping malls that are almost the same size of mall of scandinavia . but ofc mall of Scandinavia is the biggest one.

You know what are the exceptions,fo computer video games and others that would be most specialized in movies and music.O with lot of innovative styles o useful accessories. But very good ones.
I can never understand why in foreign countries, signage is in English. I can go anywhere in the US and unless I'm in a specific ethnic community, nothing iis in a foreign language.
@@matthewsmith2787 I've seen videos of countries where street and highway signs are in English and that's in countries where very few people speak English. What do the natives do that cannot understand English. I think it's creepy sometimes.

Malls suffer, but for now primary the small or mid-sized, I think.
Sears really dropped the ball. They could've been big but failed to transition to the online world.

That's because we must do that as a small country. All tourists in usa speak English but noone speaks Swedish. We just adapt.
