This might be the most beautiful performance I've ever heard, it just brings me to tears, also if you listen closely at 0:20 you can hear faint chirping. Just me?

It is a great transcription, great players and Maj. Rakers is a marvelous conductor. She is easy to follow and clear in her instructions!

Beautiful, and so nice to see a female conductor. This ensemble is so incredible that the first time I heard them live, on a concert where they played La Fiesta Mexicana and Overture di Ballo (to name a few), I lost it, starting bawling, and had to get up and go to the back of the hall. Thank you all so much!!

Was that in 1991? I played both of those works on my first tour with the band.

1:55 is that a soprano saxophone?! I almost thought it was a clarinet! Beautiful.

I am disgusted by RUclips that they would recommend me a great arrangement of the planets OUT OF ORDER!

How come no one told the flutes they were so freaking loud in that space? x) it’s overwhelming sometimes...

I think its a recording issue. Must not be balanced too well, I thought this sounded surprisingly flute heavy too lol.

I played this version, he overscores the flutes in a few parts and even in the recording they opt out the 5th and 6th flutes. I think it's just a recording issue and register issue tbh

That French horn sure did fluff that beginning note lol

A lovely transcription, but oh dear! That soprano sax in place of the sweet violin is a bit jarring. Not the player’s fault. He played it beautifully.
