Beautiful image, so rich and vibrant you need to make a print of that one. Cheers.
Thanks Stew, good idea - it's been a long time since I've printed anything.
Congrats on another APOD today!! Well deserved with all the effort you put into this hobby.
Oh that's a very nice image. Love the blue in it. Framed them up nicely.
Thanks Cosmuzz!
Very nicely done Chuck! That’s another beautiful image with great framing and colors. A great bonus to have a Supernova in it too! It’s a keeper. When you sell this as a poster, I’ll buy one from you!!
Thanks
Martyn, that Nova was the clincher for another APOD.
What a great shot of the bubble and lobster claw Chuck! That's came out wonderfully :) wishing for you more clear skies mate!
Luke
Thanks for watching, Luke! Nothing but clouds now.
This is an absolute beauty of a picture❗❗ I stumbled on your channel last year and have stayed here from that time. The glimpses of space you present are beyond description. Never quit, this opens a new world for us who dream. Favorite: Pillars of Creation.
Congratulation Chuck ! Again a Masterpiece !
Thanks Pierre!
Beautiful image Chuck. Inspiring.
Thanks ATP485!
Chuck , awesome image , love the colors .
Thanks Dave!
Love the photo Chuck!! Such a colour rich region indeed! I have a QHY163M on the way and can’t wait to do a deep field view of the bubble at 787mm!
Thanks Dylan. I see a lot of people using that QHY163M camera and saying positive things. Good to see ZWO getting some competition - it benefits all of us.
Brilliant image you've done there Chuck. Ide like that as my feature wall covering in my astro room. Well done Chuck.
Thanks Mel! I think I may try a metal print on this one. 😁
@@ChucksAstrophotography yehhh that sounds good.
Nailed it Chuck. We need another blooper reel!
Thanks Spencer. I didn't screw up once making this video. I'm getting good 😎
Fabulous capture there Chuck!
Thanks UA!
Beautiful image Chuck! I love the colour 👍
Thanks Tam!
Nice video Chuck super quick and easy to watch!!! Great image and thanks for sharing the combination details..lots of details 👍👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you!
Gorgeous image Chuck. The framing was perfect! I had to get the Meco outdoor security camera as Amazon discontinued your camera a while ago. - Cheers Kurt
Thanks Kurt! I will take a look at Meco, but I would prefer a camera that is compatible with my Amazon Echo devices I have scattered around my house.
AWESOME image Chuck.
Thanks Ace!
Amazing picture as always
Thanks EddWar!
Great image Chuck!
Thanks AstroCarone!
the effort that you put into this work is amazing thank you for sharing your work.
Thanks mr potato!
Excllent job chuck!!!! Love it
Thanks Utkarsh! I submitted it for APOD even before I published this video. I haven't had an APOD since 2019, I'm in a dry spell.
@@ChucksAstrophotography sad to hear that chuck! I also have been little bit disappointed, i have submitted some weird images and they get apod easily and when i submit good real stuff it never becomes one :((
But something more lot precious than Apod is coming soon from my side
@@utkarshmishra2766 I can't wait to see what it is.
Amazing results. I'm still working with the 8se. Almost to the point of actually tracking more accurately so that I can get a result half as good. I would be happy with that. Awesome work and keep it up. We really enjoy watching and learn a lot from you.
Thanks Rui! I really like the 8SE, it's a fun scope!
Super image Chuck love the framing of this. I recently got a DLink security camera (8000-lhv2) , with the app I can view continuous, but if you want to view thru the cloud it will still record if triggered(movement) but on live view it times out after 30sec. You can view for longer but you have to pay monthly subscription. It seems everyone wants us to pay monthly these days. I think amazon probably realised they should jump on the subscription band wagon. Very annoying. Thanks Chuck👍
Thanks for the info on the camera, Ollie. I'm getting lots of feedback on cameras now, which is what I was hoping for. I'll check out the one you mentioned now.
Very nice image Chuck and nicely framed for all three objects. If your cameras ever breakdown, I use the Nest cameras and they work really well but may be a little more pricey - I'm not sure in US dollars what the cost is though.
Thanks Logan. I'll take a look at Nest, but I would really like something that can be displayed on my Amazon Echo Show devices that I have throughout the house.
Great image Chuck! The 1600 is still getting it done :)
Thanks, but I'm seeing so many people moving on. I'm becoming a dinosaur. I remember when I was one of the first ones with this camera, lol.
@@ChucksAstrophotography Ive noticed... used prices are pretty low.. good way for the budget conscious to get into mono imaging now. I will be keeping mine :)
Amazing capture,truly beautiful.
Cheap live feed Wize camera run live and or catch movements or sounds short duration saves
Thanks for the tip on the camera, John!
Great wide field image! When doing my SHO imaging, I also do the straight 100% of each, although, I've never also used Ha as luminance. I might have to try that!
Thanks Jonny - yeah, try it - it might surprise you.
@@ChucksAstrophotography I will give it a try. Maybe I'll reprocess my Rosette data to compare the results. As for this target, I've actually framed a very similar shot as you. I was able to include M52 in my framing (ASI294MM Pro on a WO GT81 with 6AIII reducer/flattener). This is definitely going to be one of my summer targets!
Whaddya mean you "spent" those hours..lol. the scopes did..but you were sleeping!
😄... I could not resist.
LOL, you got me there. 🤣
Hello friend👋, very nice video and fantastic image, but I challenge you to capture the ARP 273 galaxies😉😉👋
You have a nice layer of dirt on your RASA corrector plate
I notched that, time for a cleaning.
Awesome Image, How did you reduce the stars? Do you have a video on how to do that? Thanks. This is giving me an idea for use with my Hyperstar on my EdgeHD 11"
Thanks. I created a Star Mask in PixInsight with the Default settings and ran Morphological Transformation and just changed the 'Amount' setting by however much you want to reduce them by. The Defaul is '1', but I think that's too much.
Hi Chuck. As always beautiful shot. Our your surveillance cameras connected to an nvr? If not doing so will allow you to record 24/7 and then go back and review if something occurred. Also can be set up to record only if there is motion on the camera's clear skies
They are on my wi-fi network so I can even watch them on my Amazon Echo Show. Thanks for the tip.
Beautiful image as always, Chuck. Curious why you use the Hubble palette instead of the natural colors.
Thanks. Natural color is more of a challenge with my light pollution so I prefer narrowband. Plus, this is an example of natural color, and I prefer the Hubble colors instead: www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/4325278
@@ChucksAstrophotography Aah, gotcha. Makes sense due to the crappy light pollution enveloping the US.
Very nice. Also with that Amazon camera, they do stuff like that with technology and software all the time. It drives me nuts.
Thanks Seti! Right, and I almost bought the little camera until I read the comments that it only goes 30 seconds. Then I read Amazon's description that it wasn't continuous. I wonder what their reasoning is for that since their older cameras were continuous.
Always appreciate your insights, and you dont have to apologize for the allergies keep on keeping it real brother!
Thanks Capt404!
Killer image Chuck. For a camera replacement, a $25 Wyze Cam with the RTSP (real time streaming protocol) firmware is all you need. You can view the stream on any RTSP client (there are many free ones), your browser (with a plugin) or a mobile device. No need for any cloud service.
Great, thanks Steve. I was hoping people would recommend cameras. I will take a look at that one.
@@ChucksAstrophotography This is the page with the RTSP instructions. Good luck! wyzelabs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026245231-Wyze-Cam-RTSP
Hi Chuck! Wonderful image! Congrats! I just bought a RASA 8, but I'll have to wait a bit for it!
Are those telescope covers a specific brand? I'd love to have one of those for the rasa 8 (which will be mounted on a CGEM or Skywatcher EQ6 pro mount).
Congrats on your RASA! It's an awesome scope. The Orion scope cloak covers are great. I've left my telescopes out in the rain, and they were completely unharmed with the cloaks. I have the LARGE version: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0069VZWKM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
@@ChucksAstrophotography Thank you very much! 😁
Could you explain what a nebula is?
Very nice .
Thanks Abbas!
Great image, but you actually captured 4 targets in one image. Just to the right of the Bubble is the M52 star cluster.
Thanks, but I thought I missed M52.
Good job chuck
Thanks Alex!
your welcome chuck
Amazing!!!!!
Thanks Gruggs!
Great photo Chuck! Random question... do you do paid 1 on 1 lessons of any kind??
Thanks. I don't do 1 on 1, but if I recall, Utkarsh does, check out his pics and send him a message: instagram.com/mr_deepsky/
@@ChucksAstrophotography thanks for the advice!
well done chuck...i'm suffering from allergies too here in SW MI. worst season ever.
My friend I have a laptop now. What app do you recommend to use for photos. Something that’s free? Any recommendations please advise
Great photo! I’ve been wanting to do this but I’ve been afraid the lobster claw would be too faint.
Thanks Jacob. Yeah, that's what I initially thought.
AMAZING image!
I barely understood anything you said but the image is fantastic.
Well thanks for watching!
Wow !
Hey Chuck i use Wyze cam from amazon and mine do continuous video
Sweet, I see it for for $32.98 and it says it works with Alexa. I hope that means I can see it on the Echo Show. I've been wanting a 3rd camera and it's so cheap, I'll just order it and see how it goes. Thanks.
@@ChucksAstrophotography it does work with echo show I use it on mine quite often.
@@jamescloudman9967 Great. Ordered.
Nice!
Thank you, TAC!
Hi what is your best telescope?
Yur covering a third of the image " put yur head on the right side " thanka
Yeah, I didn't see that until after - I'll make my head smaller next time. But I did a close up at the end.

Amazong image😍
Thanks Robin!
These supernova explosion occur every 50 years on average in our galaxy.
Good to know!
I concur. Somewhere I read that NASA stated “about 2 or 3 Supernova per century in our own Galaxy”.
Jaw dropping image Chuck! That’s gotta be a print for sure!
Thanks Joe! I might have to replace one of my old wall images with this one.
Great video Chuck! Hope you’re doing well!
Thanks Trevor, doing good.
Beautiful Capture Chuck,I Would Like The Lagoon Nebula Myself,But I Cant Get 1 Night Of Skies Much Less Any More,Nice Job,Clear Skies❤️🙏🏻✨🔭🌏
Thanks for watching, I hope you get a run of clear skies soon. I'm facing lots of cloudy nights now here in Detroit.
Hey Chuck, as always great video and excellent results. Out of curiosity did you use the baader high speed filters or the non high speed?
Thanks Rob, I used the Baader high speed filters.
That is a lot of variation. Looks good right off the camera.
Right, I was surprised - I thought it was going to be a struggle, but it was easy.
Looks great Chuck!
Thanks Dave!
So vibrant! I love heavenly bodies, thank you for giving us a glimpse ❤️
Thank you for watching, Aira!
On the cam's side of things, I use the TP-Link Tapo, Full HD, 2 way audio and full pan and tilt.
Nice. I'd really like one that could be displayed on the Amazon Echo Show devices I have scattered around the house.
@@ChucksAstrophotography The Tapo can do that and integrates with Alexa, 'Show camera XYZ' and it will give you a live feed for 10 minutes,

Great job as usual buddy!! Your image turned out excellent.
Thanks Mike!
Looks great! 👍🏼 I even thought it looked nice with all of the stars there
Thanks Joe. Yeah, when I went back to look at the starry version, it didn't seem as crowded as I originally thought.
Where's my flag lol
lol
I have some of the outdoor and indoor security cameras from google nest and they have continuous feed. They have great clarity and range view. Can listen in will alert u to sounds or movement, stream to any smart device and can record data with yearly subscription for the gen. 2 cameras. Gen 1 require separate data per camera but the gen 2 can have multiple cameras combined on the account.
Thanks for letting me know, Ginger. It would be a big bonus if it worked with my Amazon Echo Show device.
Yeah these companies definitely make it hard to adapt equipment. It’s all about those Benjamin’s
Damn chuck that’s incredible
Thanks Troy!
Just Amazingly Beautiful 🙌
Thank you! Cheers!
Bravo Chuck! I really do like that golden colour touch.

@@ChucksAstrophotography Thanx Chuck, will look into that one
Wait so these colors are not the natural colors?
Or you can choose the colors by the gases in the clouds?
That can detect that?!
What the heck?!
If that’s the case this is the most mindblowingly cool thing I’ve ever learned about this in my entire life.
I hope I’m understanding this right.
I always love space photos but I’ve never actually learned about the process of how they’re taken.
Stunning!
Thanks Michael!
Thats really cool! I don't really know how to do this stuff, but I like it! Great work!
Thanks Hussein! Take a few shots of the moon with your phone and go from there, that's what I did.
@@ChucksAstrophotography I actually have a telescope, but it is an awful strange brand cheap one. I am really thinking about getting a celestron and do what you can do!

@@ChucksAstrophotography ok
@@ChucksAstrophotography i have another question can you make photos of planets from other solar Systems? Not Detailed just a photo where you can see that there is something whichnis not a star
Love the content. I am new to dso viewing and don’t know many names but know scientists are just so creative with naming… thought to myself that kinda looks like a claw from a fiddler or lobster right before you said the name.
Watching this still gives me hope that one day I can capture a....respectable photo. I've yet to come close.
I thought I was the only one disappointed they don't make the cloud cam anymore. One of the few solid options to just be a camera without a lot of button pushing and unnecessary features.
How do you handle the filter changes on your RASA?
Who’s face is that in the lobster claw?
Brilliant image, like the composition and the colours. Thanks for sharing your colour combination.
