Please tell me these are coming to North America, I am in Michigan and we have, not only a lot of inland lakes with burbot, but the Great Lakes are full of them too. I would love to get a few of these to try out for pike and musky.
Just bought one and tested it. It looks great, and the presentation is great. Just one thing is that it looks like it can easily be snagged. Any thoughts or experiences, everyone? Thanks
Is it Freewater Pictures who produces your videos these days? You've always been good at advertising but these newer ones are definately a step up in filming and producing.
Love it! My only concern is how long the tail will stand up to pike/muskie teeth. It would be awesome if the tails were removable so they could be replaced if they become too beat up. Maybe an idea for a later version :) Great lure though!
Again, I'm sure it's a great bait! But we know how the line tru system works, and it's just like watching the video about the 3D line tru trout. It's waaaay to big, so even the "small" size is just as big as some of my biggest lures. It's like your baits gets bigger and bigger? And is that the finised line tru system? Cause it looks a bit clumsy
I don't think it's way too big for trolling. And for casting the 25cm should be just fine. Then again that really depends on where you fish. Here in switzerland the lure would be too big, in sweden where i am gonna live, the lure is kinda regular with 25cm since they use much stronger gear that most of the swiss for example. However the line trough system is not great for casting, don't really like it either. but i like that they think a step further and put in a rattlechamber.
No no it's sure great for trolling! Jear and I can cast with the 25 cm, but that's on my mpp 9' >120 rod, and that's quite a tuff rod. So if that's the "small" size, it's the only size I can get. (no I dont do trolling) I live in Denmark, just like Mads, so I know that sizes we use, and I would categorize a 50 cm bait as a musky lure! And that is way to big for casting!
Yeah, balance is important. For example the bigger 4play soft are so hard to get balanced. know what you mean, when i started fishing in sweden i had only light tackle and later i bought a svartzonker signature rod 40-140 which is great for the heavier baits. and i am on the same page with you, anything over the 25cm is really not for casting. or yeah, maybe for muskys lol.
S.G is just light years ahead on lure design. i absolutely love these lures.
Another brilliant lure. I'm having really good results with the da bush. It's amazing.
the only problem is we fish in a river were there is alot of sunken trees and huge rocks 2 get hooked on.
I just learned about this bait and going to try the 25cm on Florida largemouth bass. I think it will work

Not if you're going for big pike
Pulled 28 inch burbot out of a 40 inch lake trout, and more than once. We use 20 inch tulibee for bait on tip ups.
